LOL What was wrong with it Nalesnik?

it doesn't make u want to jam forks into ur eyes? no? Just me, then, I guess. Serisously tho, it's just a bunch of guys bickering with each other, and over analysizing every detail in the show.

DBF guys: "I think the act of Sokka licking the cave in the desert symbolizes a much greater meaning, and represnts the whole avatar world, as if the 4 nations are trying out new things by metaphorically 'licking the cave wall', one can for further delvel in the situtaiton preseented by this act by .... blah, blah, blah "

Me: ".......It was just comedic relief"

The phrase "beating a dead horse" comes to mind, but they have beat that horse, its whole family, and all its close friends to death. It also just seems waay to unprofessional for me, they don't seem to have a concrete script, and they constantly jump from place to place. Also thier podcasts can range from 30 min to 1 and a half hours!! So, you see I would listen to it, but I have better things to waste my time on.

ok, don't get me wrong, I'm not judging thier character, I'm sure they're all good guys and whatnot, but if I were them I wouldn't pursue a career in radio. ;P

the length of it is what put me off, i mean, a podcast lasting an hour and a half? they're on pdocast number thirty-something, that means there's more podcast than there is actual episode.

plus it's over analysis like that that puts schoolkids off reading classics like lord of the flies and of mice and men.
oh yes. Over analysis for the lose. That's why kids are always like "I'll need this in the future how?"

it's a shame, because LOTF, OMAM and many others are really good books, but you can't force people to appreciate them.

QFT! For me it was the sound quality that made my ears bleed. There was one girl I couldn't even hear because she was too close to the mic and sounded like a foghorn. I have heard abridged series with much better sound quality. BTW nice new icon:] The moving one scared me a little.

    lol, thanks

Do you not like that? I find that likable as long as the sound like John Wayne. My dad used to really like John Wayne.

Using the word "like" like that is an entirely different thing though!

Of course there won't be Zutara...there's no room for 2 people in Zuko's heart, and Zukaang is definitely happening, since it's the future.

It's ok and understandable as a force of habit but after a while it gets a bit annoying.

Hmm...if you listen to the first, what, 8 podcasts, it's a really good show. More proffesional sounding, at least. Over the course of the 30 more podcasts they recorded, it sounded to me more like a bunch of fans chatting it up. And I agree with whoever said it first, Jake wouldn't let something like that slip. Dylan's just a big kataang shipper :p

I listened to a sinlge podcast of theirs because I was curious. It just so happened to be about this very topic. That Dylan guy has a habit of unspecifying when he's giving out spoilers and when he's just speculating. He said in a serious tone that Kataang was going to happen.

Naturally knowing how reliable these guys are and how disgusted I had become with seeing a shipping thread everywhere I looked on this forum, I decided to make a thread just like this one, declaring the war had ended. Apparantly, what was said about Kataang was just "spoilers within speculation."

He kinda forgot to specify on that, PD corrected my error, and I ended up looking like a Dylhole.

I haven't listened to it so he could be telling the truth or he could be letting his fanboyisms take control of his mouth.

Do you remember what the thread name was or will you post the link? I just want to read it.
