    I just listened to it and thought some of the stuff they were talking about was great. Now correct me if i am wrong but didn't they say half an hour into it they said they had confirmation of no zutara in the show. Please post what you thought about it. If this is already posted or not posted in the wrong spot i am sorry.

    Do you have anything to verify this was what was actually said in the DBF podcast?

    that podcast was Dylan joined by the highest number of co-hosts ever, Jodie, Branko, Joe, Maarten, Jake(Pooldude), Shay, Alisa, Matt, Abby, Meredith, Michelle, Josh, Sienna, and Melanie

    So who were they interviewing from Avatar? I mean who actually confirmed it?

    Listen... no matter how many Zutaraians say otherwise, Zutara was never ment to be canon. Its just a damn good ship that has been used and will continue to be used in thousands of fanfictions, fanart, and fancomics no matter what is canon at the end.

    Katara could get married to a stump (in some ways, is already is going to be) and it wouldn't make any difference. Zutara is the better ship, canon or not.

    So let me see if I've got this straight, you have a group of DBF Avatarians sitting around and talking about Avatar and allegedly someone from the 'Avatar production staff,' an unnamed source, confirmed that Zutara is not going to happen?

    Dude, no offense, but until we have a confirmed Avatar source and not fans sitting around speculating, there is no new news here.

    We speculate ALL of the time here, that doesn't make it canon.

    For my own knowledge can you help me understand this, when they post things on their website about new episodes and that someones mom will be talked about in a later episode is true, but if they confirm zutara won't happen in their podcast from sources that are probably the same they use for the other spoilers, on their website, it's false.

    Jake/Pooldude is very sticky on the spoiler issue. If he has a major spoiler that he has received straight from an actual staff member, he will say so. In fact he will post it on his site in a big, huge spoilerific blurb.

    In my opinion it wouldn't be offered in a fan-lead podcast roundtable discussion without someone outright saying..."Avatar Production Staff Member X said that Kataang will prevail in the end."

    That's HUGE news. I find it difficult to believe that Jake would allow that one to slip by without making it a banner headline on the front page of DBF.

    Well in a way i can see that, but this is one of the biggest things to be revealed in the series, fandom wise. If i were him, i wouldn't reveal something this big and just let the viewer be surprised in the end. After all, there is a bigger difference between learning who katarra will end up with and something like whos mom will have more backround. This would be something huge that shouldn't be revealed in bold letters to the very end. But thanks for the reply and here is a cookie for your time.

    Meh. Personally I'm shipper-neutral. Either way all will be revealed eventually.
