Let's see...
She's kissed him on the cheek three times, after clearly flirting with him right before the first one:
She bacame jealous when seeing Aang dance with another girl...
Then gave Aang THESE lookS when he asked her to dance and he said, "It's just you and me right now"...
And then, even through the shock and confusion when Aang kissed her in DoBS, she still closed her eyes and tilted her head down, making her appear to be kissing him back...
So yes. I'd say that somewhere inside of her, even if she might have not realized it yet, is a more-than-friendly love for Aang.

Well, it can be interpreted in different ways, she might be disgusted because she didn't break the kiss because she doesn't like him (NO WAY!!! ), or she does think she is not worth Aang. I'd say it is the latter, i've done so since I saw the comic between S2 & S3.
But we can't really tell what happened, although I really want to say it was big KATAANG time, I don't think we can because we don't know what she was thinking. She can be sad for any reason, we just simply can't tell what it was. Atleast I think we can't.
Edit: But we can tell their contact wasn't awkward after the kiss, so that is positive. Also, we see the same determination on her face as on Aangs when he flew off. We see that again when she's going to help Aang take down those Blimps.
