I think yes because at the end of the show he seemed conflicted.

I think it's all a big conveluded plot of Zuko and Iroh's. People have worded this better than me in other threads. I think Zuko and Iroh are still working together.

No, I think Iroh will save Zuko from the destiny that has fell upon Zuko.

    Not if Azula kills him.

I would say yes. I think Zuko is conflicted and he will turn good in time. They will save each other eventually.

I think Zuko will. I can't really believe that they would build on how Zuko is becoming a better person for a whole season and then take it away in a minute. And he didn't seem 2 happy with himself at the end of the season finale

I agree with that. All that improvement for nothing? Nah. There's always a reason.

Like I said in your other thread, I think Jin might make a suprise appearance and try to convince Zuko of his destiny. Of course, IF she does that, Mai better not be around, lol.

    Yeah...
And Haru will come and fall in love with Iroh.

Either Zuko will save Iroh or Iroh will use his 'Spirit World' abilities to save himself. I'm not exactly sure what they would be though. Hopefully Season 3 will go into detail with all of that.

All I know is that Iroh will always stay near Zuko.
He thinks Zuko as his own son.
It truly is a sad thing to see Zuko go against Iroh.

Maybe after finding another "secret" of the Fire nation and his mom, he'll probably go after Iroh - the only true voice in his life. :/

never have I had one doubt in my mind, even for a thousanth of a second, that Zuko will turn to the good side if he isn't still there (as other people have stated that may havejust been a plan from Zuko and Iroh) That's just the way things work. It's cliched and it's been done a thousand times over and that's how I know Zuko either will turn good, or already is. Worst case scenario, he will save Aang from what would be a finishing blow from Ozai. Hey, as I typed that sentence, I just realized that both Aang AND Zuko have equal right to fight Ozai, so who's gonna get to take him? Maybe they will take him together, but who will get the finishing blow?

What! Am I the only one that thinks Zuko won't save Iroh? Well, I do believe that Zuko will return to the good side, but not by saving Iroh, maybe some other sort of redemption.

I always had the idea in mind that Zuko will somehow let Iroh go but won't join him. As in he'll know Iroh is escaping and not act on it (or he'll see Iroh escape but act like he didn't).

it's definitely not a plot by Zuko and Iroh.?? Zuko fought too well against Aang, nearly doing Aang in himself a couple times.?? Also, the shame-look cements that Iroh does not approve... it could be an act but I don't think the writers would put it in if it were.

I do think Zuko's not stupid about Azula and is plotting against her.?? I am not so sure he's even all that obsessed with his father's approval at this point; he wants to find out what happened to his mother and remain loyal to the firenation he grew up loving.

anyway, Zuko won't turn until the Series Finale.?? It's too good of a plot to have a conflicted bad-guy; in my humble opinion it's what made Season 1 slightly superior to Season 2... the bad guy in Season 2 was too obviously and stereotypically always bad and evil.?? the conflicted bad guy is what made season 1 so compelling, and I have a feeling it will be a great addition to the entire duration of season 3.

For what reason would Iroh let himself get captured? He could have easily matched anyone in there, even at the same time. He could have killed any character present(including Zuko and Azula), but he didn't. He let himself get peacefully captured. I'm sure he could have escaped if he had wanted to, but it's obvious he isn't done helping Zuko. I think the fate of Iroh's life is going to be the next decision for Zuko. Help him escape, or let him be executed. Sounds like a good episode, doesn't it?
