    Some of the people on the list of top contributers got the points a long time ago and have never been pushed aside. If you dig through the depths of the forums you might find some of there posts.

    As for High00Lord I've seen him? post around a few times.

    Also an editors job is to control what gets subbmitted to the guide so posting on the forums is not necassarily a requirment for an editor.

    SPD made contributions like crazy in the few days before/after pd's retirement, i guess high00lord did something similar, and since SPD didn't want to be burdened with managing a forum this active he passed on the job to someone with a higher score than him.

    the thing with trustees, is that you have to trust them....

    trustees can "submit almost anything without been approved" and potentially they could get enough points to surpass the Editor before the editor could do anything, and the "trustee" could usurp that position, PD as a "retiree" would not be an issue to take away the editorship, he will simply be able to submit stuff without the need of High lord's approval
