    Actually, he said ASIDE from those who were banned we have all of those. Those are all who aren't banned, and are worthy.

    There are plenty banned ones who are worthy like Raien, Sgt Hydra, FMA, Miroku, Blaster, the list goes on and on.

    Oh I know that, I just didn't know THOSE people mentioned in particular were banned period.

    It is a shame that about 15 people are absent from the forum, thats a large population gone, lyke, half of the active members gone.

    It's a whining shame.

    I think they should give this place more of a chance. There's nothing wrong with these forums! Sure, there aren't any veterans anymore to chat with, but that's because they all left. If they all came back everything would be fine. The mods aren't THAT bad. It's become ridiculous how many people have left for that reason.

    I almost dislike the Refuge because of that. It's become their escape from here. I don't want to say it's pathetic, but it's kind of selfish. We need them over here, too. The Refuge isn't exactly advertised, and if we don't have the veterans on here welcoming the new users they won't really be all that impressed. Being here is for the good of the show, too.

    Well, you have to remember, the Refuge played it's part back during the days of the Sozins Comet Novelization, back when trolls with Spoilers were running rampant. The Refuge played it's part as a safe haven from that.

    So far, I've only lurked on the Refuge. Sometimes I consider becoming a more active participant though. But for now, I remain here.

    That's true, but now that there are no more spoilers in any way, shape, or form they should've come back. It's disappointing that they could abandon us so easily. The Refuge is fun, but honestly, it's just like here. The discussions aren't any more intense and there are just as many off topic things happening. I honestly can't see the difference 90% of the time. In fact, I find it more enjoyable to be on here. I feel that in the Refuge conversations aren't really carried. There are very quick discussions, and occasionally a conversation. On here I can go in depth with someone for quite some time. I think it's just me, though. But anyway, I wish they would come back and help repair these boards. We need the extra posts to keep Avatar in the top 25. We're getting dangerously close to the bottom.

    As sad as it is, the Refuge may well be the future. I foresee it as a place that will still be around to see the min-series, the Shyamalan movies, etc.

    I think I made a post about this in the Historical comparisons thread, near the begining. Another Ancient Rome comparison,if you can stomach one

    Well, there's always the Loyalist Committee. With 60 odd members popping in here once a month, we will get by. I think that this place's new function will be to channel newcomers to the Refuge.
