Go to preferences (next to the login..top right)....click board then at the bottom Signatures....hope it helps!

go to the top right of your screen and look for the word prefs. then click on it. then you will see little tabs going across the top. Click on the one that says boards. Then at the bottom you will see a box that says My Signature to the left of it. type whatever you want and then save the changes
