It's kinda hard to imagine Aang and Katara as a "couple" because it was usually "Character's Crushes: Aang: Katara - Katara: ????" So it's really hard to imagine them kissing all day long. (No I am not a Zutara fan, I ship Kataang)

That's a very good point. I've never thought of that.
If he jokes about them liking each other I doubt he would get agressive or anything towards Aang or Katara if he finds out they are dating.. If that every actually happens.
Even if Sokka does react negatively towards Aang and Katara getting together, there really isn't much he can do about it - even more priceless than the conversations that have been dreamed up so far would be Katara's reaction to Sokka telling her she can't be with Aang because he doesn't want her to be. Oh I can imagine the screaming and the water-whipping.
So Sokka isn't much of a threat to Kataang. Hakkoda might be a different story though...
