u didn't cry when Zuko & Iroh reunited?
well, I mean I felt really happy for Zuko, but thats about it
Well, did you at least cry when Bambie's mother got shot?
    I have never watched Bambi
really? Wow, we got ourselves a Bambi virgin. I had no idea there were any left.
I must be a Snow White, Cinderella, Fantasia, and Pinnicho virgin too
wow, so no disney classics?!! We need to get u to a video rental store AY-SAP!
lol, I watched the 90's Disney movies since I was born in 93 but none of the older ones, I think I need to get a VCR
They have DVDs too. So what? i was born in 1991 and my disney favorite is The Little Mermaid (made in 1989) followed by snow white (made in idk but it's old)

I think snow white was made in 1933 and my favorite has to be the Lion King and Mulan

Can we please get back on topic!!!!!! I don't want this thread to get locked!!!!!

On-Topic ----- I always get really sad when the characters cry. Yes, animated tears can be heart breaking. It's just that there is so much emotion tied up with you and the story, you just can't help it.

Art is meant to stimulate the senses and in some cases meant to be an imitation of life. When a work of art is spectacular (such as Avatar), it will stimulate our myriad emotions. Avatar makes us laugh, cry, angry and so on. We experience all of these emotions in real life...which is what Avatar is meant to imitate.

I never actually cried but I came close to it in The Awakening. The scene where Katara is telling her dad that Aang left. It was weird because I don't even really like Katara's character (I'm more of an Azula fan). But that whole scene was so emotional.

I guess the fact that since I don't think Avatar is "that" great, I guess I don't feel all those emotions

It's okay. Since the fan club isn't on the forum I haven't been there as much but I still comment sometimes. I should comment more though because Azula is kinda an obsession. lol.

Go here for the new ACC. The one on the boards got locked, so Axrendale made one in his blog. It's not nearly as effective, but it's got more than 60 posts, which I find a huge achievement.
