    Ehhh...I'll have to fess up to those crimes. Though I don't watch the shows often, still I do sometimes tune in as Spongebob and the FOP have older episodes which are good.

    But still, Avatar is my favorite. Like many others here have said, Avatar is an amazing show, breaking the boundaries of what an American cartoon is. Too bad it still gets no recognition. Completely mindless entertainment > Entertainment with morals and continuing story arcs.

    Well I know one thing...if Nick neglets Avatar and cancels it before the writers want to end it...Nick has lost my rating..I will delete the channel from all my tvs

    Yup, hopefully Spongebob won't last..I'm sorry but SS has gotten horrible..I used to watch it but just stopped because it was stupid..plus I got older

    They'd never, they're begging Avatar to do a 4th season and more or a spinoff or something. Avatar is the only thing saving their asses. And yes, I will burn their houses to the ground if they ever canceled it, they just need to respect the show, unlike what they're doing now.

    i know W.i.t.c.h. didn't have good marketing in the us because of the name( Disney was afraid of Cristian fundamentalists)
    But what is the problem with Avatar???
    i relay don't get it how a brilliant show can be out-marketed by more stupid shows.
    W.i.t.c.h. and Avatar are the 2 best shows that are in production. quite similar but very different. Best 2 storeys(the season 2 of W.i.t.c.h. was produced by Greg W. and as a story i think it is better than Harry Potter which is loved by so many)

    Yea I agree with pooldude about FOP, that show was decent in its beginnings, but after a while you exhaust all your ideas and it just starts getting repetitive, thus the reason that the Simpsons keeps getting new writers every few seasons, at least they are trying to keep up the originality. Honestly, i didnt know they still made new eps of FOP other than the occasional special, and the X's getting nominated... what has the world come to...

    Avatar is by far the best 'toon I have ever watched, and it's one of few shows that make me desperate to see what happens next. And as far as the fact that teens watch it, maybe that works against it since all Nick and others care about is what little kids think, and all they want is mindless stupidity like SBSP, they dont want to think about the show like a lot of us do

    BlindBandit is freaked. I really hate the fact that shows suited for young'ins on the same network as a show of depth, the little kids win. They always do..If Nick were to take a sweet, phreekin' gander over at the forums on TV.com, DH, ASN.net, they'd be really ashamed of themselves for not seeing that there really are 3.7+ viewers out there.

    But w/e. The X's is a FAR better show, with all it's detail, storyline, stupidity, and magical hair changing colors. Yep. FAR?? much better than Avatar.....(...)Dot dot dot..

    avatar needs to be on adult swim where it belongs (did avatar really get in trouble for the skeleton in episode 3?). some people probably don't watch it cause it's nick

    Yeah, this really makes no sense. I thought after all I heard and seen about Avatar and it's popularity on this site, it would have been recognized. Seriously, Avatar has NO competition these days. All of Nick's other cartoons were either garbage to begin with or went downhill like FoP and Spongebob. There's only one cartoon I like on CN and I forgot what it was. lol

    Avatar can win every time..
    Maybe they set a rule that A show can only win once or something.
    I way perfer Danny phantom to win rather than FOP and the X's.

    Maybe they rated show on what audience it targeted. Since little kids watch those shows instead avatar, those kiddy show will win. There one thing those show all have is about friends and family. Those are the things that kid need have and appreciate. The judges probably rated shows on:
    1) Are little kids watching it
    2) It the show about friends and family.

    Regarless of what they nominate, Avatar still have the highest view rating.

    This is lame if Fairly Odd Parents got nominated and Avatar didn't.
    Avatar actually has a plot!
    Avatar also has better arts and style in general.

    ???????? Agreed, but am not sure where else would be all that good??for a fit. Cartoon Network, IMO, has gone down quite bit too, and while I like idea of what Avatar could do on Adult Swim, I wouldn't want to see it become unaccessible to younger viewers. The CW would have a lot of the same issues as Nick, "The Batman" series there is held back, by not being able to be dark enough, though that has changed some. (Also, I wouldn't rate "The Batman" as being on par with "Avatar".) But, as long as the creators can keep it going I'll watch it where every it is on.
