Phoenix King Axrendale offers tax exemption for anyone who joins the military. Recruits flock in from all over the Nation.

A new alliance is forged with the Sun Warriors, placing most of the Dragon population in military service. Dragon Rider Sun Warriors join the War Balloons in the Fire nation Air Force.

To Axrendale: You are right, but wrong. You are right when it says 'someone will get hurt' and wrong when you say 'it won't be me'.

The Northern Water Tribe gets to work with their waterbending. They practice hard under Master Pakku and practically reach his level. They are exausted though, so they have a day of rest and relaxation. Some waterbenders (about 10) are handpicked by Katara and are taught Bloodbending. They are also taught advanced waterbending moves. These waterbenders are the 'Elite Force'. BradyRandom starts looking over plans on making better, more durable ships and equipment for the waterbenders.

In the Southern Water Tribe, Sokka and Hakoda start training warriors and non-benders. They go through a boot-camp-like training sessions but aren't as tired nor exausted as the waterbenders. Kataang_lover works on plans for defending the civilians- she start making attack shelters and starts saving food and water supply in case an attack should happen. She sends some of the supply up to the Northern Water Tribe by Emoharuno, who is currently going back and forth between the two nations by Turtle Seal. EmoHaruno is working on perfecting alliances and trading between the nations.

The Fire Nation's new infusion of troops has allowed it to complete a full blockade around itself:

Because the new Recruits signed on with the Air Force, the Fire Nation has been able to increase it's War Balloon numbers until they are unmatched by any other nation. The Blockade is made up of a deadly combination of Warships and War Balloons.

Thanks to the FN's mastery of the sky, land, and sea, travel has become far mor efficient. Any attack on FN territory will now be met with 6000 troops. The Capital City and Production Center can both muster 7500 men.

Psychopass is promoted to Azula's chief assistant. The two conspire to outfit the entire Air force with new deadly cannons.

Meanwhile the Navy is working its raiding party skills and technology...

Sky Bisons are being bred. 100 bisons are expected soon... All airbenders are being trained by Monk Gyatso. All non benders are breeding the bisons and are keeping care of te bases and some might be going to the SWT to build a bison bse there and train the villagers. Some airbenders and some nonbenders are being trained by the Kyoshi warriors with the fans, swords, and/or shields. The male bendrs will use the fans for advanced bending....and the nonbenders will be using swords and sahields for combat...we are waiting on people to join the air nomads and become a head monk for the southern air temple or the wester air temple...we need more people in the council!!!! That is all.

The sea serpent training project is put on hold due to unexpected difficulties (they don't like people), and replaced by a different project. Giant eel hounds and a few badgermoles are trained for cavalry purposes. The badgermoles will be ridden by earthbenders, to create a very powerful special unit. Toph enters the fray and, following Katara's example, assists in the training of earthbenders in the way of metalbending and other advanced tactics. The boulder and hippo begin teaching earthbenders stronger moves that can be used to crush more fortified obstacles. Underground shelter are constructed for civilian purposes, and food reserves are saved. Under foxhole7's command, the EK war machine grows. New metal factories are constructed in and around Omashu and General Fong's base, and many small EK factories pledge their support to the cause. These are put to good use thanks to the blueprints for explosives and airships given to us by the NAT. The factories begin to churn out bombs, more DoBS tanks, war balloons, navy fleet armor and airships. The airships are mass produced, but generally smaller than FN airships due to the demand for metal, although 3 really big airships are constructed for important uses. Some of the small airships are equipped to drop fire retardant. Non benders are trained to fly and operate these new technologies. Since they came from the same person who gave the idea to the FN, the new ships look really similar, but are clearly marked as EK to avoid confusion. To power their new devices, the EK constructs a large coal mining industry. As the FN has demonstrated before, the EK has lots of untapped coal. The recruitment of capable refugees continues. To better defend the EK, pillboxes are carved into the coastside, and house armor, supplies, and battalions.

In international matters, the bison armor is delivered to the AN. The Kyoshi-AN training initiative is supported by the EK. The 3 way alliance is complete. To become better acquainted with his allies, Foxhole7 travels to the Northern water tribe (with an entourage, of course) to meet Katara, Pakku, and EmoHaruno in person, while appointing FireLordZuko93 to watch over the EK while he's away.
