You are the leader of the Warriors of the Water tribes. You will help train them in combat, lead them in combat, or defense.
Nickelodeon (ended 2008)

I'm here, and something is about to happen.
First of all, someone mentioned the Bloodbending in the Southern Raiders. IT WAS STILL NIGHT! THERE WAS A FULL MOON! Goodness gracious, I don't know how the myth that Katara can bloodend with the full moon began, but it needs to be snuffed out.

Phoenix King Axrendale offers tax exemption for anyone who joins the military. Recruits flock in from all over the Nation. A new alliance is forged with the Sun Warriors, placing most of the Dragon population in military service. Dragon Rider Sun Warriors join the War Balloons in the Fire nation Air Force. |
My troop numbers are goinp up, not down.
Libraman, I fail to understand how I can have twice as many followers as the Earth Kingdom, and yet the Earth Kingdom has more soldiers. Or why their efforts to increase their numbers result in doubled soldiers, and yet my efforts result in less soldiers.
You're supposed to be impartial.

If the Full moon is to be included on a regular basis, then I will need to make arrangements with you for the arrival of Sozin's Comet at some point in the game.

A note on Dragons, Serpents, and Technology.
This game is set prior to the war in the show. Hence, all of it's effects have been undone. The Air Nomads are still around, The Dai Lee still serve the Earth Kingdom, and Dragons are very common in the FN.
We know from TFM that Dragons are common. We know from TAaTFL that they can be trained to bear people other than the Avatar. So the FN having Dragons is not out of the question.
Serpents on the other hand, have shown no evidence in the show as having been anything other than exceedingly rare. We know almost nothing about them. There is no evidence that they can be trained for combat.
And now for technology.
It is my belief that in this game each nation should be restricted to things that that nation has been seen to use in the show. The Earth Kingdom and Water Tribes can only ever have wooden warships of the type they have been seen to use. They can have airships, but they can only be the smaller cloth ones of the type seen in "The Northern Air Temple".
Likewise, the Fire Nation cannot use submarines or gliders.
So no new stuff, or upgraded stuff. Just stuff we have seen in the show. Yes, I am aware this gives me a massive advantage. But quite frankly, with everyone allied against me and my efforts to increase troops having the opposite effect where everyone else is succeeding, quite frankly I feel entitled.

No. The best the WT or EK can do navy wise is wooden ships.
