    So where's Zuko's counter part?

Can I quote myself? "Emo crown prince who spent his childhood being mistreated, ignored, and generally passed over by his insane father".

How much more obvious could I make it?

Actually, there was somthing I forgot - by all accounts the prince (his name was charles) was actually very good looking, at least by the standards of the day. Does that make it easier for some *coughfangirlscough* people?

I saw that more of as the Earth King under Long Feng, since he was on the French's side all the time and not the English. Also, his father lost quickly.

Even so, where is Iroh's? Obviously repopulating both England and France with his God-like player powers, but who was he?

It isn't a perfect match, I just noticed some parallels.

As to your second I can only reply that you got it right with the word "god-like". According to the thinking of the time, God had been on the side of the english for the first hundred years, only to change his mind at the last minute and switch sides. Kind of like Iroh really.

    ?

Iroh has pretty much been against the Fire Nation's war since the series began. Or at least a voice of moderation.

I would have said Zuko fit the "switching sides at the last minute" role better.

Iroh started out as a general attacking the Earth Kingdom, but when his son died, he switched sides. And Iroh parallels God more than emo Zuko.

Like the ability to easily get a married woman into bed and have the husband be honored that he would chose his wife.

Wow, I probably pissed off a lot of people with that.

    Neither parallels God.

My point was that Iroh defected a lot earlier than Zuko.
