Get 40,000 Doubloons was a store item that allowed you to obtain 40,000 Doubloons automatically. It was removed near the end of 2013 when the staff found it "useless" and a "cheap way to obtain doubloons", especially since you only technically got 10,000 doubloons out of it for spending the 30,000.
