Omair Community was an exclusive skin made for E.V.I.L. when he used King Neptune for a Day on April 23, 2016. The skin was requested by him, and hilaryfan80 created it. It only lasted during his reign, making it one of the shortest available skins in SBC history and one of the rarest.
