The Teenjverse is a fictional shared universe of action/super-hero themed Spin-Offs produced by teenj12. The universe began unofficially in 2010, with the premiere of Team SpongeBob. The franchise came to an end with the posting of Knights of the Multivere's final episode on April 18, 2019, due to TJ retiring from the Spin-Off/Literature community.

Conception

In 2010, teenj12 created his very first spin-off, Team SpongeBob. By 2015, teenj expressed interest in adapting the International Justice League of Super-Acquaintances into a spin-off, which was to be set in the same universe as Team SpongeBob. However, he decided to retool the idea, and tell the stories of the I.J.L.S.A members separately, all leading up to an eventual I.J.L.S.A show. The first show intended to build this inter-connected universe was Miss Appear, which premiered in 2016. In 2017, it was announced that the I.J.L.S.A show would be scrapped, with the shows of the franchise no longer building up to it.

Crossovers

Storm Racers (with Team SpongeBob; 2 Episodes)

Team SpongeBob crossed over with the popular series, Storm Racers (created by Jjsthekid), in the second episode of it's sixth season, 'Team Undersea Force' on January 20, 2012. The episode established that the world of Storm Racers exists in an alternate universe to the shows of the Teenjverse. In Storm Racer's third season, the shows crossed over again in an episode called "Team Undersea Force Redux" on October 14, 2013, when an Undersea Force member once again accidentally ends up in Team SpongeBob's world through a dimensional breach.

2017 Crossover (Heroes Collide)

On March 26, 2017, it was announced by teenj12 that Team SpongeBob and Miss Appear would have a two-part crossover. The crossover, Heroes Collide, began on August 25, 2017 with Miss Appear's "Pink Arrow" and ended on August 26, 2017 with Team SpongeBob's "Dis-Appear". The plot of the crossover sees Pearl helping Katherine and Analise capture Sinster Slug, following the beast's escape from custody. Later, Katherine helps Pearl and Sandy find Mr. Krabs after his kidnap, with the heroes eventually coming into battle with Killer M and Silverstorm (a villainness from the 1980s).

2018 Crossover (Crisis of the Jelliens)

On December 12, 2017, teenj12 announced his intention to host the next annual crossover during Spring 2018. He stated that Miss Appear and The Quickster would be two of the shows involved. Due to Team SpongeBob ending, it will not be a part of the 2018 crossover event. On January 1, 2018, he announced that Jjsthekid's popular spin-off, Mystic Guardians, would be joining the event. On the same day, he unveiled the logo and name of the crossover, "Crisis of the Jelliens". The crossover will pull inspiration from the SpongeBob Squarepants 2012 episode, "Planet of the Jellyfish". On February 7, 2018, it was announced that Knights of the Multiverse would join the crossover, making it a historic four part Spin-off crossover event.

2019 Crossover (Solar Wars)

On February 10, 2019, TJ announced the title and logo for the Spring 2019 crossover event, "Solar Wars". Due to TJ retiring from Spin-Off writing, the crossover never came into fruition.
