Pumpkin Head was a head item for iFish. It was first added during Octerror Fest 2012. It did not return in the store for Octerror Fest 2015 or Octerror Fest 2016 unlike other old items. Due to the new Pumpkin Costume Head, it is safe to say this item will not return again.
