Spongecraftian Highway System

The Spongecraftian Highway System, also called the Interstate Highways, are a system of elevated tunnels and roads stretching through the major towns, cities and settlements of Spongecraftia. Players use the highway by spawning a car or bike and driving down it.

Highway 1 (yellow) - Grand Spongecraftia Directory to Historic Spongecraftia (Tentacle Acres, HSC City)

Highway 2 (light gray) - Historic Spongecraftia to Squidville (USC)

Highway 3 (red) - Grand Spongecraftia Directory to Japanese Spongecraftia (passes through Arctic Spongecraftia)

Highway 4 (blue) - Squidville to Barnacle Bay (exits in Lumillard)

Highway 5 (brown) - Salty Seas to the Llama Kingdoms (exits in Hunterville and International Village)

Highway 6 (pink) - Grand Spongecraftia Directory to Sabanna

Highway 7 (lime) - Andean Spongecraftia to Penumbria (HSC) (exits in Raspberry City, Ukulele Bottom, Goldinia and Kelp City)

Highway 8 (purple) - Ukulele Bottom to Tentacle Acres (exits in Diamond Town and Outlandia) (passes through Outland Spongecraftia)

Highway 9 (cyan) - Arctic Spongecraftia to Black Rock (exits in Tech City)

Highway 10 (magenta) - Japanese Spongecraftia to Squidville (exits in Horizonia)

Highway 11 (white) - Spongecraftia Suburbs to Goldinia (exits in Moon City and Faceopolis)

Highway 12 (green) - Penumbria to Grand Spongecraftia Station (Old Directory)

Rest Stops

Although not fully confirmed, OWM, sbl, crushingmayhem, and ZaidCatDog have all shown interest and ideas in making various rest stops throughout the highway system. OWM is planning to make "Outpost" rest stops featuring Outland Petroleum from Outland Spongecraftia. sbl is planning to make rest stops featuring his new convenience store chain, Twotone. They will include a Twotone, a gas bar, and a car wash.

Historical Facts

Highway 5 did connect from Andean Spongecraftia to Outer Spongecraftia, but after a lawsuit served from the Trans Spongecraftian Highway, this part of the highway was removed. The entrance can still be found immediately after the second turn starting out from Andean Spongecraftia.
