Kelp City is a small, densely forested city in northern HSC. Surrounded by the mighty Kelp Forest, it is a primarily lumber-based economy. It is the only settlement populated entirely by Vindicators, who represent lumberjacks. Despite its small size, it continues to grow very slowly.

Kelpo O'Thursdays- A family-owned business, home of the region-famous KelpBurger™.
Nature Hotel- A unique hotel with different floors that represent a different biome. Comes with a free pet to snuggle with.
