Achievements are the successor to Badges, first released on September 25, 2021. While the core concept of them remains, there are many new additions and features, such as an experience points system.

Points System

Certain actions members do on the forum will give them points. Several point rewards are tied to earning a badge, such as the Voting Machine and anniversary badges.

  • Winning games such as SpongeBob Pictionary, Discord Activities, SpongeCraft Frontiers, Kahoot, Jackbox and Cards Against Humanity gives you 300 experience points. Smaller games such as scavenger hunts or turntable parties may reward you 100 or 200 points.
  • Becoming Featured Employee gives you 200 points.
  • Winning in The Golden Community Awards gives you 200 points.
  • Following a content item gives you 2 points.
  • Being followed by another member gives you 2 points.
  • Following 50 members gives you 20 points.
  • Joining 10 clubs gives you 5 points.
  • Making a piece of content (whether post, status, or a private message) gives you 3 points.
  • Continuously reaching post milestones will give you an increasing amount of points. (Examples: 100 posts gives you 20 points, 500 posts gives you 50 points, 1,000 posts gives you 100 points, and so on)

The more points you have, your level will increase. Level ranks can be found on your profile in your badges.
