SBC Court

SBC Court was an idea created by Elastic Dog, similar to real life court. They were only brought up when there had been a public disturbance on The Spongebob Community, such as a member being suspected as a spammer, or if a member has insulted or harassed an innocent user. Case 4 was the first case to feature lawyers. Case 5 was the first one to occur on Xat. They first debuted in July 2010 and ended in June 2011. In general, SBC Court cases caused more drama and disruption than helping the community, which is why they are no longer done. Here were the case files:

Case 1

Saturday July 17th, 2010: Guymonty48 is charged for being WhaleBlubber, a well known spammer.

Judge: Elastic Dog

Outcome: Guymonty48 is guilty, and is banned as punishment.

Case 2

Wednesday November 3rd, 2010: Teenj12 is charged for being Deswim10, who he claims to be his sister, but has the same IP address as Deswim10.

Judge: Elastic Dog

Outcome: Teenj12 is acquitted and the charges are dropped.

Case 3

Thursday November 25th, 2010: Loan133 is charged for with public disturbance and assault for claiming to have ADHD, ADD, and insulting and attacking an Administrator and Moderator on the SBC chatbox.

Judge: Elastic Dog

Outcome: Loan133 is guilty, and he leaves.

Case 4

Wednesday January 19th, 2011: Clapmaster and Nathan are taken to court. Clapmaster is charged with provoking Nathan and Nathan is charged with insulting staff members out of anger on the Xat.

Judge: Tvguy347

Outcome: Nathan leaves SBC, Clapmaster is acquitted, and the charges are dropped.

Lawyers: Wumbology (for Nathan) and ExKizuna (for Clapmaster)

Case 5

Monday June 13th, 2011: SpongeOddFan and Goosebumpsfan have a fight on the SpongeBob Committee Xat because of past fights on the Phineas & Ferb IRC.

Judge: jjsthekid

Outcome: Goosebumpsfan1 is guilty, and apologizes to JeremyCreek and SpongeOddFan
