Plot

(Season 1) Suffering from depression and a tragic family past, Katherine Cross must confront her issues after becoming intertwined with a series of murders in Bikini Bottom.

(Season 2) A year after Shadow's demise, Katherine continues to battle her depression, while trying to navigate her relationships with the people around her - including a budding romantic relationship with Analise Rogers. After Katherine once again becomes the target of a mysterious new danger, she will have to analyze her identity as 'Miss Appear' and what that means in light of her traumas.

(Season 3) "Just as Katherine has finally reached a state of peace and happiness, yet another person close to her life is murdered in Bikini Bottom. Lured back to the city, Katherine realizes that she must truly embrace her mantle as 'Miss Appear' in order to protect the people that she loves. On the horizon, Analise undergoes her own transformation into a vigilante - putting her at odds with Katherine's wishes. This season, our titular hero will be thrust into a new danger that will eventually force her to make the greatest morality test of her life."

(Season 4) "Four months after the Season 3 finale, Katherine has become the official protector of Bikini Bottom as Miss Appear, taking on all levels of street crime. When a new threat moves into the city in the form of the legendary mobster, Dirty Dan and his cabal of villains, it will take the efforts of Katherine and other street level heroes to stop him."
