The '''Liminal Space Express''' is a network of super-speed pedestrian tunnels in [[Outlandia]], connecting towns and other points of interest across the world of [[SpongeCraft Frontiers]]. A spiritual successor to the [[Pioneer Central Railway]] of SCF V1, and V2's short-lived Outlander Railway, it is the fastest mode of transportation in the server, and a key component of incorporating new villages across Outlandia, as each new municipality must be connected to at least one other by a tunnel. The first tunnel, connecting [[Twinleaf Town]] and [[Truffleville]], was built and opened in September 2024, replacing the short-lived Outlander Railway.

The tunnels of the Liminal Space Express network are powered by a server plugin known as SpeedRoads, which allows pathways built using certain layers to provide speed boosts to anyone who walks on them; a similar system was previously used for the super-highways seen in [[SpongeCraft Classic]].
