Customer Appreciation Day was an SBC event that took place on April 27, 2013. It was a day dedicated to the users of SBC, with the staff feeling like they owed all members a "Thank you" just for helping SBC make it as far as it has come.

Here's what happened on that day:
- The Industrial Park increased your post and doubloon counts for one day only.
- A SBC trivia contest was hosted by tvguy. In the end, SOF won the contest and received 10,000 doubloons as a prize.
- V5 Dolphins Redux was released.
- A SpongeBob Jeopardy game was held that day.
- An All-Nighter was held that day as well.
