He was pretty much the only character to be voted off for no reason. The others just thought that he was a good guy, and that he would get in thier way of winning.

It's spelled Geoff because that's how Teletoon and CN spell it, they would know. It's a homphone to the Jeff spelling but just different.

He's such a nice guy that he would win if he made it to the final two. Nearly everyone who was voted off would support him. Sure, they could have also voted Heather off that day, but if she was in the final challenge, she would definitely lose because no one would help her.

Duncan voted for Geoff because he refused to participate in the alliance when they voted out Bridgette. Owen and Heather voted for Geoff because he was an exceptionally nice guy who got along with anyone ("As if Heather could defeat the power of nice.") Even Gwen warmed up to him in just one episode
