Why do you all think Duncan went to jail? I know it's probably not that important, but I've been wondering that for a while now. Any thoughts?

Arson maybe? He had that lighter which could mean he was a pothead (or a pyromaniac)

Arson makes sense. In "Hook, Line, and Screamer" he did tell Gwen about how he liked to play with fire.

Blowing up his classroom when he was in kindergarten he couldn't go to jail at a young age so when he got 12 he went to jail because of that and other things he did when he was getting older.

Considering this is a cartoon, it would probabily be something stupid, like he ripped off one of those "Do not remove under penilty of law" labels from a couch.

I always thought it was stealing or underage pot/drinking or getting suspended/expelled from school too many times or a combination of all three, since I don't think you would go to juvy just for one of these things, unless it was something extreme, like stealing a ... idk, flat screen TV or something.

Lol, amazingly, when I first ased this question something like that came to mind, just I thought it was from like...a pillow. A whole bunch of them. Like he just went into the store one day and pulled of all the tags in the store.

I don't think it'll be something like drugs/alchol because this is a little kids cartoon. I don't think they'd put that in there.

He could have done graffiti and burned some stuff, doesn't really matter does it? It's more of a way to increase the way his character is, he's a rebel, he refuses to be a cop while his whole family, and his extended family (Aunts, Uncles) are cops.

It could be his "legal" talent that he wanted to try.

His talent is carving a skull into a tree, as said by Courtney in that talent show episode.

Oh, yeah in the talent show episode, Chris says that the campers talents have to be legal, and he looks at Duncan, and then he snapped his fingers, meaning that he can do things illegal.

He learned everything from juvenile such as that dodgeball technique in that episode when they were playing dodgeballs. The technique was called "Rush the new guy" or "Crush the new guy"!

in the dodgeball episode, he said he learned the rush the new guy technique on his first trip to juvie. that mean's he's been more than once. also if it was arson, i don't think chris would want him having a lighter. then again, it is chris so i probably doesn't matter as long as it's good tv.

courtney just guessed at what his talent could be. duncan probably had an arson technique.
