The poll and the actual question are different.

The question is, who do you think was the best camper OVERALL, in TDI, TDA, overall in what you have seen. Who was/is the best camper overall?

If I were to rank them right now, my Top 5 campers would be:

1. Duncan (Obvious bias here, but he's physically strong, does his best in challenges, just a great addition to any team. He could probably win every challenge if he wasn't busy being a badass with other things)

2. Gwen (As much as I don't like her, she is a good overall player. She gives her best, got 2nd, and usually pulls out a win from out of nowhere...TDA was a brief time for her, and she in the spotlight for as long as in TDI, but it is apparent that she and Trent have some kinks to work out, which may have cost her, but she's still overall a good performer)

3. Harold (As I've stated in other topics, Harold is a great camper. He tries his best in every challenge, knows quite a lot about nature and is quite smart overall. He may not be physically strong, but his mental strength is great, maybe even rivalling Noah's. If only he were more coordinated...)

4. Heather (She may have been an antagonist, she may have caused conflicts, but she was a good strategist. She was able to make it to the final 3, despite having almost no allies for a good chunk of the game. Not bad, better than a lot of other campers)

5. Geoff (Although he spent his whole time on TDA locking lips with Bridgette (who is probably 6th for me), he does give a good amount of effort in TDI challenges. He takes a leadership role quite well and was kicked out of TDI for his kind-heart and overall preference of being nice. If only he put some effort in TDA, he may have stayed longer)

Owen really doesn't do much in either show, he mainly performs well in eating challenges, which is a no brainer. How he won...I don't know, he really didn't tick anyone majorly important off to get himself noticed until it was too late.

DJ is too timid to really do anything...

Justin is really lazy, although he is a good strategist.

Lindsay contributes about nothing, she isn't really smart either...

LeShawna won a lot of immunity...which I honestly don't see why...she isn't really a great player...at least in my opinion.

Trent was really injury-prone, and his whole obsession with Gwen and his lucky number 9 didn't help his case...

Bridgette I mentioned with Geoff.

Beth tries, she really does, but she isn't a great player overall...she does have some good qualities, helps her case but probably not enough...

Cody is partially smart, but overall he isn't very good, but I still like him

Courtney is to concerned with her own success than anyone elses, and it hinders her a lot...some people think she contributes a lot, but she's too self-oriented and doesn't contribute enough to the team...

Tyler would be a great addition...if only he didn't suck at every athletic thing he did...it's his only real flaw, he sucks at athletics...at least he's better than some of the other campers...

Katie and Sadie...yeah...enough said...

Noah, Ezekiel, Izzy, and Eva aren't that good, Izzy's a little better, but only because she's been around a lot more...

So, what about you guys and gals?

I actually wouldn't put Heather in my top 5. She may be a good strategist but she's pretty useless in challenges, at least competing in them fairly. She always needs some sort of backup or shielding to get her further. So if I had to rank my top 5, they would probably be...

1) Duncan: He can not only scheme, but can also play the game fairly

2) Gwen: As much as I hate to admit it, I have to say that she is pretty good.

3) Eva: She's very strong and is not too overly-competitive.

4) Leshawna: I also hate to admit this, but pretty much for the same reason as Gwen.

5) Harold: For now, I'll rank him here. I mean, he's got great skills, but I always found him to be in the middle.

My top five looking at what they did throughout the series goes like this:

1. Duncan: It's obvious that he is the best so far. He has done so well in most of the challenges and has proven to be a really tough guy in the game. Duncan has really impressed me from last season though. He can go far to the TDA finals if he is going the way he's going right now.

2. Courtney: No one is looking at what Courtney has! Ok maybe she's bossy and mean sometimes, but she does it for what is good for the team. During TDI, Courtney looked great when she was with the Killer Bass. But her chances were cut short due to Harold and his effort to rig the votes to vote her off. She had the chance to go all the way according to what I see last season. This season, she looks likes she can be the winner. If she can push her team to win challenges instead of losing them, the grips would respect her as leader. The grips have no choice but let Courtney lead. They don't want another loss. Courtney is great, but luck has always brought her down.

3. Gwen: Tough attitude + smart gameplanning = a really great camper. I really liked her ever since she stepped off the boat to Total Drama Island. She's proven to be really tough with her peers and the challenges that she had to face. She won a lot of invincibilities, so that's telling you something there! She had the chance to win it all, but was cut short to brownies. Gwen SHOULD have won TDI! As she steps into season 2, she still seems to have the toughness from last season and is smart as well. She picked a team that has mostly won every challenge in Total Drama Action! Too bad she had a soft side and gave up herself for the grips.... But overall, she still contends to be a great camper.

4. LeShawna: We can call her a lucky girl to make it through, but it's more than that. Leshawna plays the game well, that's why she maintains to be in the top. I thought in Total Drama Island, she was going to go home fast due to what I saw with her attitude. But what she has done in the challenges really changes things. I think I never saw LeShawna go down in most challenges during TDI. That led her to invincibilities and a spot in the final 5. But in TDA, she doesn't look like she is herself like last year. Sure she won some challenges, but the struggles with the Gaffers all started with her, and they couldn't find a solution yet.Yt she still made it to the halfway point still in the game. That's how good LeShawna is.

5. Heather: I really hate her due to all she has done from last season. All those mean things with the alliances, the teases she put up to the other campers, andother things made me think of her as a b*tch. But it wasn't until TDA started to realize that it was all of those things that made her make it to the final 3! She plays the game smart, but in a mean, evil way. Yet it works and has managed her to get 3rd place last season. This season, she may have learned her lesson about being mean and has been given the chance to turn the evil side of her off. She has done better as a nice girl! I even started to like her.... I hate to say this, but she is one determined camper.

I gotta say, I think the Gophers from TDI were the best, while I like the Grips on TDA.

The Gaffers had:

Heather: She wasn't strong or nice, but she helped the team avoid eliminations.

Lindsay: She could've done something, but she was too busy with Heather.

Beth: She didn't have enough time to develop well.

Trent: While Trent wasn't strong, he stuck to his gut and he and Gwen accomplished alot.

Justin: His looks distracted other people, even though he barely spoke.

Cody: He had smarts, but was weak.

Noah: I thought that his knowledge would be good for the team, but his attitude deflected that.

Leshawna: Her I-DON'T-THINK-SO attitude made her one of the best competitors.

Owen: Although I really don't like him, he made friends with almost everyone and had a likeable side of him that helped him win.

Gwen: Self explanatory. SHE TOOK DOWN HEATHER, and made friends with Trent and got far in the game.

Izzy: Her wacko skills were actually helpful, and she did pretty well in TDDDDI.

Although Duncan, Courtney, Geoff and Harold were also strong players, they don't make up for the great Gophers.

I think the best team is the screaming gaffers.

Hard to say, but I thought the Screaming Gophers had more going on.

I think both gophers & grips are very good (though, i cant tell 'till everyone starts to play fair.)

1. Duncan (he is strong and smart. a good combo 4 these kind of shows.)

2. Owen (I know what you're thinking, but he's a lot stronger in the challenges than he looks this season.)

3. Heather (I really, really, really, REALLY don't wanna admit it but she's a very good competitor.(in the athletic meaning of good.))

4. Gwen (I mean come on. she won nearly every challange 4 the gophers when there were still teams.)

5. Cody (he may not have stayed on that long, but he was very good in challenges and he DID save Trent's and Lindsay's lives.(kinda-sorta))

I can accept and understand any attacks, I mean everyone's entitled to thier own opinion, right?

1. Bridgette (she looks good, she's nice and she is strong)

2. Gwen (she's somewhat nice but, breaking up isn't her thing)

3. Duncan (he should win Total Drama Action and someone who is feared of)

4. Owen (he cheers everyone up from how funny he is even though he doesn't try and his dumbness wins him challenges)

5. Geoff (a party guy who doesn't always say the right thing and loves to prank Harold, like Duncan)
