Why are there so many people saying that Cody will return? I DO NOT BELIEVE IN THIS STUFF! I like him alot, but Cody is not coming back according to what i see.

The only reason people keep buzzing that Cody might return is that the character had a single line of dialogue in the first Aftermath episode (which may have been dialogue spliced in from the first season. Peter Oldring, who voiced Cody/Ezekiel/Tyler in season one, is not doing the show this year (check the closing credits for cast....he's not listed) so I'd say the chances of him joining this season at any point are extremely remote.

I like reading what people put up, very interesting ideas. If Cody and Izzy return next episode while LeShawna gets the boot, then someone found out the results ahead of time lol

I'm not so sure it's spliced. The way he says the words in that line don't seem to match up exactly with how the words were said before. And there are some words in that line that I don't ever remember him saying, but that could just be my bad memory coming into play.
But then again, technology these days... who knows? Maybe they can tweek it so it sounds like a flowing sentence? I don't know how this stuff works. But then again, it's not like it'd be the first time an actor wasn't credited either.
As for the subject of Cody coming back, though I wish he would, he probably won't. Unless someone who worked on the show leaked the information somehow, there'd be no proof of the information being legit in the first place.
