um i just read the article and it said that 15 fan favorites are returning. it didn't say anything about new people. still, its probably going to be the same 15 in TDA unfortunately but there is still hope for others like Cody for example

uh the article ment each episode a original contestent will return to help or help choose who should leave but thats just what i think
Fresh TV's unconventional 'reality' cartoon series, Total Drama now takes on a new musical spin for season three with Total Drama, the Musical. This follows the wildly successful first season Total Drama Island, and the yet to air second season of Total Drama Action. Created by Fresh TV partners Tom McGillis and Jennifer Pertsch, Total Drama, the Musical takes 15 lucky contestants all over the globe to compete in outrageous and embarrassing challenges and break into spontaneous musical numbers in each episode. Favourite contestants from previous seasons will return for this globetrotting challenge which is sure to contain alliances, backstabbing and more than a few tender moments in true Total Drama fashion
at least thats what i think they spelled favorite wrong

No, they spelled favourite right. America's just the only English speaking country to take out the 'u' in many words like honour, saviour, neighbour, valour, flavour, etc as well as the 'l' in several words like counsellor, councillor, ellipses, etc, because they're lazy and don't find the point of the letters.

That press release makes no specific mention of new characters in TD: The Musical. But if you look at the date for it it's almost a year old, so there's a good chance whatever they had planned then has changed by now. Just consider the changes that happened between the "Camp TV" early concepts and pilot promo and what actually aired as TDI, or the early character designs for Stoked versus what has actually aired. As always a lot will depend on which voice actors are available or are willing to return once production begins.

    It said 15 fan favorites...

In my opinion, the fan faves are just all the people from TDA, including Courtney, only take out Heather and Justin and put in Cody and Noah, let's have a evil person free third season (with the exception of Courtney's sometimes less than niceness...*shrugs*)

I hope they get new people though, the same people, with the same worn out, overused plotlines are getting annoying...

But, if they keep the original campers, as long as Duncan, Courtney, Noah, and Cody come back, I'm fine...
