I wonder what that's about. He and Chris make up a perfectly sadistic duo so the fandom is a little disappointed that his role got reduced. Yeah, he's there, but it's no fun when all he got was one short line of dialogue per episode. A possible explanation is that Chef's voice actor, Cle Bennett, hasn't been available to do much on the series the last couple of seasons. Of course it's just as likely the writers lost interest in Chef.
