Lindsay has the most potential. She may be bossy but if so, it's to say that she has a gift and doesn't have the slightest idea to use it.
And I know that most of you may disagree with me on this one, but I would also choose Heather. Sure, she's mean and has had more restrictions for contributing to challenges, but last season, she's seemed to prove herself to be an effective leader.

Morally? Well, Gwen's a good choice, but I would still have to choose Lindsay. Whether or not she would learn how to use her recently dicovered gift, I wouldn't see Lindsay becoming a leader just for the sake of taking advantage for something in exchange.
And I've come to thinking, neither would Beth. This is ironic considering that they were guinea pigs in Heather's alliance last season; they seem to just be breaking out of their shells this season.
They both have what it takes to lead a pack morally. It still takes time to develop on that, though.
And maybe, Geoff or even Bridgette. This is anticipating when Geoff will finally decide to snap out of his new-found narcissistic phase. He'd definitely make a good leader. And since Bridgette can or at least tries/try to get people working together, she gets my vote too.
They all have their pro's and con's.
But at the same time, they have not enough pro's, and too many con's.

I'd say Courtney because she was a great leader last season and she's already doing a great job with the Grips this season on Ocean's Eight or Nine. |
Courtney is TOO bossy, that doesnt make you a great
Lindsay is a little bossy but also nice so I'd say her
Duncan is not a team player he just does stuff himself once the merge comes he'll be in trouble
I see no distinct difference from Courtney comparing seasons 1 and 2. She's exactly the same, except apparently, has come more prepared.
I just remembered Trent. I think he'd be a good choice for leading the team, if not for the whole number 9 obsession.
Duncan, in my opinion would also be a good choice for a leader. He's got the gift of persuasion, and has used it many times and succeeded.
I have a hunch that Lindsay will soon break out of her shell and will probably (if not for Courtney) take over as leader and help the Grips catch up on a few challenges.
