Well now we know Heather and Gwen will have some good plotline in TDWT.

Of course they will air it. Duh. U.S first though.

Don't assume that they will until a Teletoon air date is actually announced. The TDI message from home shorts that aired on Cartoon Network never saw the light of day in Canada, so its not impossible the April 6th special will end up being US only.

So? This TDA Special is a one hour confirmed episode. Not a one minute short used for advertising. This special will lead into the next season which means Teletoon will air it.

Teletoon will be pretty idiotic if they don't air it

Depends on when it was produced. If it was contracted for after the primary voice work for TDWT started the events of the special obviously won't be mentioned in the season opener or subsequent episodes. If that's the case Teletoon wouldn't have to play the special.

The only thing we know for certain at the moment is that Teletoon won't be playing it this month. Thursday night has been the slot in which they debut new material for the Total Drama franchise and there's no indication its airing on any Thursday in April. The May schedule isn't out yet, but my guess is if it airs in May a likely date is Thursday the 20th. The weekend of May 22nd is the Victoria Day long weekend in Canada, so it would make sense to have it as a holiday week special. However for all we know if Teletoon does air the special it may be closer to the airdate for the debut of TDWT, whenever that turns out to be.

What I think about the special?

GREAT!!! It was a great way to end a season, that wasn't that great. I liked TDA, but it didn't reach the levels of TDI. But this episode was incredible..

The hosts were really funny. I think that it's a good beginning for TDWT. The two new characters are good as well. Alejandro will be the evil Justin that never existed and Sierra will be an Izzy fan-made.

The only thing that really pissed me off is that Eva isnt in the new season. But I'm ok with it. Glad to see some characters getting a new opportunity. Best quote: "What's the matter with you?! What could be better? The end. I guess they could have done a better reason for those not entering in TDWT. GRADE? 10 OF 10.. I wouldnt give it that much, but since TDA dissapointed me a little bit, and this episode surprised me, I will give it the maximum score.
