I kind of agree with you. Heather looks like she may win it this year. Wow coming from last year where I hated her so much!

EPISODE 2 RECAP: Alien Resurr-eggtion
It is 6 AM and the campers are out eating breakfast. As the campers get fresh eggs and bacon from Chef, Geoff and Bridgette again were making out like they did in the first episode. But what was interesting was the connection that was going on with Gwen and Duncan. Just as friends, they do have some things that are in common with each other. Trent, on the other hand, is ok with it at breakfast. It seems like there was nothing going on since Gwen still loves him like her BF........ Or at least that what he thinks. We know that E-scope (Izzy) has a gross habit with food when she announced that she places ketchup on everything she eats. Beth and Lindsay are always flirting which seems to be a pairing soon to come just like Katie and Sadie. I don't like the looks of that. Another surprise was that this morning, Owen didn't have the appetite to eat a lot. Instead, he ate prunes. EVERYONE WAS SHOCKED! Well he needed it. According to the confessional, he couldn't take#2 due to the backup in his system with the props that he ate during the challenge in the recent episode. And as Chris enters the building, we're ready for another challenge:
CHALLENGE: The great Alien egg hunt
This week's movie genre is the alien movie. According to Chef, to make an alien movie just like the good ones that are now on DVD, the alien movies basically go for 3 things: Aliens come to earth to get baby aliens, people rebel, and the military takes action. Well detailed Chef, for no pay. LOL. The challenge is set on the alien set studio where they have to find the nest of the alien mom's baby eggs. The contestants have been given GPS systems to find the nest of the eggs. The campers must get an egg and return it safely to the trailers without getting hit by the mother alien, who was Chef filled up with slime. LOL. REWARD: The winning two contestants will pick the two teams for this season.
Before the challenge: More duo action was going for Duncan and Gwen as they both felt confident about this challenge. Why? They really love the alien movies and they know how to deal with alien situations. Although Trent tried to blend in with them, he kind of failed to impress them. Trent should worry about now.
What happened?: Altogether, the contestants followed each other as they were on their way for the nest. The set was cold and damp, well technically Chris was the one that controlled the climate on set. According to Heather, The GPS' weren't working as well as those in a car. She can only see dots. Her meanness is continuing to be a factor for her. Therefore, Beth and Lindsay had to say a word about Heather, which actually went to Buddah level and seemed to make very much sense. Lindsay: "That is so deep!" Just then, a puckering, watery sound was heard from the whole cast. Some of them believe that it was Chris trying to scare them. Some also believed it was Beth but her braces are now off so she couldn't be making the noise. And some thought it was Chef around their corner and they were ready to fight him, especially Duncan and Gwen. Trent was in it as well, not as much as the punk duo though. Then the contestants were trying to find someone to find out what was making the sound. Beth quickly insisted to go and find out. With her new courage behavior intact, Beth went around the corner and saw...........Geoff and Bridgette!?!?!?!?! Their kissing noises were so loud that the contestants quickly thought of Chef, but they didn't think that these two would scare them as well. How much longer will you two continue kissing? It's getting on everyone's nerves now! Now on target, the whole cast were on spot to getting those eggs. NOT A GREAT STATEGY! What if Chef was actually there to get them all? He would be ready to pick them all one by one. Just then the contestant's GPS gave out a warning sign. Chef was coming and he is ready to get them all. The crew decided to split up to different teams. Gwen, DJ, Duncan, and Trent went east as one team. Geoff and Bridgette wanted to go with them as well, but Duncan insisted not to. Duncan: "In any alien flick, the kissing duo is always the first to go. There's no way Romeo and Juliet are risking my chances in a million big ones." So the hot couple is doomed with no team to team up with. So what do they do? Last resort... Kiss. No surprise there. Justin, Beth, Lindsay, and LeShawna went west and Harold, E-scope, Owen, and Heather went to the direction where Chef was waiting for them! So as these 4 unfortunate walked about, Chef snuck down and shot down Harold. Then Owen had the urge to do the #2 and he quickly wanted out. He even begged Chef to shoot him down. So he got shot and he even thanked the alien. He quickly ran leaving gaseous air as he leaves the set. E-scope and Heather were left in Chef's sight. E-scope isn't leaving without a fight, so she fight fire with fire as she got out her paintball gun as well. As Heather walks away from the act, another Chef vs. E-scope fight was on! But Chef proved to be the better shooter as he shot E-scope down. So Heather is the lone person left on her team. Chef's next prey would soon be her. As she was wandering alone, she accidentally runs into him and she was running for freedom. Too bad she was shot down as well, along with her wig that got off her as he shot her down! The wig seeped down the floor and Heather's precious wig to hide her bald spot is gone. We will now see Heather with a bald head for the rest of the show. Sucks to be u, evil one! Looking at the other teams, Justin's team along with Beth, Lindsay, and Leshawna were found in a room, but they didn't know that the room they are in was a trap. Just when they got in, all of the doors were secured lock and Chef who connected a pipe of slime to the sprinklers in the room. All of them were splattered with slime and they soon were out. But they weren't that depressed considering the girls who looked at how hot Justin was when he was covered with slime. Oh that ladies man. How good is that guy? Lol. For Geoff and Bridgette, they continue to kiss (AGH!)while chef was right there ready to shoot them. Bridgette soon noticed Chef but it was too late. They both got down. Well there left only 4 people: Gwen, Trent, Duncan, and DJ. At least these people were smart to go the right way and find the alien's nest in the boiler room. Well they got Gwen in the team, and she was really smart in this challenge. All four of them got one egg. Just then, Chef entered the room and shot DJ. The other three ran out of the set to be confronted by Chris in a helicopter. Chris was playing the military loaded up with missiles of slime. He explained that the cast cannot get an egg due to this "attack to the aliens." Chris quickly dropped the missiles and the cast ran for cover. A big explosion of slime went around the western set and Duncan was seen all covered with slime. He is out. Trent and Gwen were the only ones left without any slime on them. They are winners, but they need eggs to bring back to the trailers. Trent soon found an egg but noticed that Gwen's necklace was lost in the explosion. Trent saw it about to go down the drain and there, he had to make a decision. Go for the win or go for his heart? As Gwen's necklace was going in, Trent dove in the last second to grab it. Gwen was happy. Trent's move was romantic, but it brought up speculation for the campers. Gwen would go for the win if that happened and Duncan would have done the same thing. So they still have no eggs, but Trent was still lucky finding two eggs near a beaten down chef. The Challenge is over.
Results: The winners were Gwen and Trent and they have gotten a special prize. Picking the teams for this season, which also mean one thing. THEY WILL BE COMPETING WITH EACH OTHER! They didn't see that coming, or they just didn't notice that at the beginning of the challenge. Great job you two. Even worst, Chris announced that tonight would be an elimination night where the contestants pick 2 campers to be voted out! This never happened! 2 people! How low can u go, Chris? Well it's been announced and let's see how the contestants fare for this elimination. I have a feeling about whom would be out this week.....
THE GUILDED CHRIS ELIMINATION: With all 14 campers in the arena, they are ready to vote off two people this week. They have their electronic devices where they pick whom they will eliminate this week. As the results came in, Chef in a pink dress (LOL!) came out with the Guilded Chris awards. 14 now, 12 continuing on. The Guilded Chrises go to: Gwen and Trent (Invincibility), Duncan, E-scope, Lindsay, Beth, Justin, Owen, Heather (surprisingly), DJ, Harold. BOTTOM 3: LeShawna, Geoff, and Bridgette. With Geoff and Bridgette holding hands for a sign of good luck, LeShawna took home the award. The lovely and kissy couple ARE ELIMINATED! Bridgette was surprised saying that they thought everyone liked her and her boo. It wasn't the case. Duncan: I know who is voted off today. Mwah. Mwah. Mwah. (Sign of Geoff and Bridgette and what they do most of the time.) Lindsay: "2 words: Bridgette and Geoff. DJ: "At least they have each other." They do have each other DJ as they leave the scene down the walk of shame into the lame-o-scene, KISSING. Come on you two get a room!
Notes:
- Geoff and Bridgette relationship alert! Well ain't it obvious that the two lovebirds of this show would obviously get the boot. All they do was kiss and everybody was aware of it. If they only stopped kissing and focus on the game, they would have gone far! Instead all they do is kiss. This is going in my perspective. At the end of TDA, I think Bridgette will have a baby. It's going to get even more into the love thing if they will continue to do this.
- TRENT AND GWEN RELATIONSHIP ALERT! This episode contained a lot of tension between Gwen and Trent. Is Duncan really getting into the relationship? It seems like it considering that Gwen is having a fun time hanging with Duncan than Trent. As I see, nothing bad is going on in this relationship, yet. But if Duncan continues to have fun with Gwen, there may be fights going on!
- Gwen vs. Trent. Next week the two will be picking people for their teams. Seeing how they fare from last season, Gwen has a better chance in picking the right people for her team. Trent I think doesn't see what makes a great team. It's no doubt that Gwen will be the better team. How will Trent handle it being a leader of a team now? And will this separation doom their relationship. By the looks of things, it seems that way!
- Like I said in the recap, Heather's wig is gone so we are now watching her with a bald head all throughout the rest of this season. Good luck looking good, Heather. LOL.
Can't wait for next weeks beach themed episode
A few tidbits about Riot on Set from my perspective
-Trent is still boring and personality-less no matter what the writers do to him
-Harold has been getting a lot more screen time. AWESOME!
-I'm starting to feel bad for Heather with all her misfortunes
-Is it just me or are Lindsay and Beth are going to be the new Katie/Sadie for TDA
-Why didn't Owen show any emotion when Izzy...I mean E-Scope got voted off
Today's episode, Beach Blanket Bogus has just aired. Here's some important things from this episode.
- Trent is getting really weird! WHAT IS WITH THE 9 OBSESSION? And is it really what Duncan said, that the nine is all about TrentxGwen?
- Beth tries to get a hookup with Justin, but fails to do so this time. Do u think there may be a new relationship in the making?
- Duncan still is hanging with Gwen a little too much. Trent is still jealous coming from this episode. So is there going to be a Duncan and Gwen relationship going on?
- Gaffers win 2-1 after LeShawna got down with the music. No elimination due to the bus was out of order (Thanks to Gwen and Duncan)
- In the end, we see what Justin is really doing: Playing dirty to win it all, just like Heather did last year. Be careful of Justin as TDA runs on.
New Episode next week and It will be a western setting. Recap will be posted ASAP. Right now, U can talk about tonight's episode of TDA.
EPISODE 3 RECAP: The Riot on set
4 AM in the morning and the crew were sleeping graciously. NOT ANYMORE. The blow horn was set off and it's time for another day of challenges for the contestants. They walked out of their trailers so tired. Well it's 4 in the morning what do u expect? Chris just loves to do these sort of things. Didn't know he was going to go this far for everyone here.
PICKING TEAMS: From the last episode, winners Gwen and Trent are picked as this season's team captains. It looks as the couple, Trent and Gwen could be shaken up now that they are in different teams. Are they going to break up? Can they handle being together while leading other teams? It's early to predict now, but it's time to pick teams. It was based school-yard ****(boy, girl, boy, girl) and since it was ladies first, Gwen picked first. She chose Duncan. Trent was SHOCKED! The two are like identical but they don't have any relationship status going on. Trent thought of something else, like thinking that Duncan and Gwen are about to be a couple! Is Gwen cheating on Trent? In jealousy, Trent picked "the beautiful" Lindsay. Now it made Gwen jealous as well! It's not looking good for the sweet couple here. Gwen picked Leshawna, then Trent picked Justin. Gwen picked DJ, Trent picked Beth. But what was most shocking was Gwen's next pick, and she chose HEATHER!?!?!?! Her most hated person on the Total Drama series is now on her team. She believes in the saying, "keep your friends close, and KEEP YOUR ENEMIES CLOSER." Let's see how it rolls as the season progresses. As we continue, Trent got Owen , Gwen chose Harold, and last Trent chose Izzy. No E-scope!
Gwen's team is the Screaming Gaffers: (Gwen (team captain), Duncan, Harold, LeShawna, Heather, DJ)
Trent's team is the Killer Grips: (Trent (team captain), Lindsay, Justin, Owen, E-scope, Beth)
Now that we got that settled, it's time for today's challenge.
CHALLENGE: In the Movie Business
The campers will be faced with making a movie set. They will know how hard it is for them to make a great movie. It's not all about parties and fun time. The contestants will be moving movie equipment to a spot somewhere around the movie lot. These equipments include lights, cameras, wires, television screens, and even a cast trailer. Unfortunately for the contestants, Chris wanted them up on top of the mountain set. Talk about torturous! Gwen: "You just love doing this to us do you?" Chris: "Yes. Yes I do." And just like a director of a movie, Chris gave the go and the contestants were on the challenge. "Lights, camera, ACTION!"
Analysis on Killer Grips: The grips were pretty good at work going up the prop hill with the filming equipment at hand. Each had cameras, lights, props, pretty much anything that has to do with filming a good movie. Unfortunately for Trent, he seems to be trouble for the grips. First off was with Gwen. It seems that Gwen and Duncan are having a good time teaming up. His jealousy abrupt him when he saw Gwen and Duncan helping each other out. He showed to Gwen he was alright when Lindsay helped him up as he fell down on one scene. Trent again showed more irregular behavior when he held the necklace that Gwen gave him. He was talking to it and E-scope thought it was weird. Talking to jewelry? Isn't Trent getting weird here? When all of the light equipments were on top, the grips now had to deal with the trailers. They needed a guy who can manage to lift or drag the heavy trailer all the way to the top. Trent convinced Owen to lift the trailer by manipulating him about a food cart available for him when he bring the trailer up. With his appetite for food, Owen laced his belt up to his head connected to the trailer and off he went. Although his pants may have slowed him down since it was continuing to drop and show his (u know whats), he still managed to get the trailer up and gave a point to the Grips!
Analysis on Screaming Gaffers: They did not look good at the start when Heather started to slip up for the team. She was carrying a cart of wires and when she let go of it, the cart went downhill leaving Heather to go back and start all over again. It was kind of a waste of time there. But the rest of the team still managed to carry up all the items up to the top of the hill. But the trailer was where the gaffers looked bad. A heavy, strong guy was needed to carry the trailer up the hill and only DJ was the guy to do the job. But, he didn't want to! He was scared about getting someone hurt if he slips up. None of the other Gaffers were able to lift it. Even with motivation, he still didn't want to do it. The Gaffers just gave away the win for the grips. Great job, guys. I wasn't talking to DJ though.....
Result: The killer Grips won. So it's invincibility for the Grips and elimination time for the Gaffers, right? Chris: "Well, not exactly." Instead, the real challenge was supposed to be up on the hill. Someone was too lazy to get the equipment up there so Chris told the contestants to bring it up there.
CHALLENGE: Act out the scene: The teams will be given a script about a scene and as a professional film maker, they must reenact the scene with the right lights, good makeup, and good footage. The footage will be judged by Chef. Whoever's team makes him move by their film will win invincibility. The loser will be voting someone off.
Analysis on the Killer Grips: The Grips have been given a script about an old lady. E-scope quickly went into the shot and insisted to act for the team. Heck, she even started to act, like her old British relative. And unanimously, the Grips picked her as the actress for the challenge. Thanks to the trailer, the Grips had a lot of make up to make her look like an old lady. E-scope practiced to be a grandmother by bending her knees while everything else is set up. Owen was behind the sound, Lindsay was setting up the spots where E-scope should be standing during the scene, and Beth was behind the lighting. Some sort of troubles happened when Lindsay couldn't put down the tape due to what color tape she would use. E-scope had trouble with her legs standing in one position that she laid down. That ruined the lighting as well. So everybody had to be back in first position and start preparing for the scene all over again. But in the second time, they got everything right and E-scope was ready for her scene. There was a few Last preparations for the scene as she puts on her cap, wig, dress, and a few touchups with her face. Lights, camera, Action and E-scope was in the camera. She was fine at most, but she forgot the lines! So when she started to forget, she was going to do something to still impress Chef. So what did she want to do? Flip her eyelids. That didn't impress Chef at all. But even if E-scope didn't act well, she still is determined according to Trent. So how did the Gaffers hold out? Let's see.
Analysis on the Screaming Gaffers: The Gaffers have been given a script about a tough guy. We already know who that guy is playing that role, but this guy didn't even want to be in the movie! But with motivation from Gwen, saying things that he's hot, sexy, and stud like, Duncan was up for it. In fact, Heather also gave him some motivation while everyone is setting up. Harold was with the lights, LeShawna worked with the technical stuff, but the others weren't doing things. Since there was no makeup, Duncan did not get the treatment that E-scope had. He only had a hat and a gun to work with the scene. Will that still convince Chef of a good movie? Only his acting could tell. Right before the shot, DJ finally gets involved and applies makeup to him, like a pansy. The Gaffers were so shocked! Chef had it with him and insisted of doing an agreement with each other. AN ILLEGAL MOVE! Based on the rules, contestants and staff should not agree on terms. What chef insisted was to make DJ and his team win. When DJ wins, he will share his earnings to Chef. And for that, Chef agreed to help DJ get tougher. What you got here is an illegal alliance. But TDA producers will allow it, for some odd reason. Back to Duncan, Chris says action and when the film was rolling, Duncan gave a great performance. It stunned Chris and Chef for one moment but Duncan continued to be a great actor like Brad Pitt. It brought tears to everyone on the gaffers, even Chef. That was enough for a perfect performance. The Gaffers WIN!
ELIMINATION: THE GILDED CHRIS AWARD CEREMONY #2: With the grips losing this challenge, they are forced to vote off someone and never come back, EVER! So the players pick their contestant in their electronic devices and the results were like this: Gilded Chris' were handed out to: Trent, Owen, Beth. FINAL 3: LINDSAY, JUSTIN, AND E-SCOPE. As dramatic music come to the picture, Chris announced: "The Loser is ................. Izzy!" It looks like her performance wasn't great enough to keep her in. But she refused to go though, she wants to be considered E-scope. Chris was mad with this, but he still called her E-scope as she walks the walk-o-shame to the Lame-o-scene. Bye, E-scope...... E-scope: "This was just a dress rehersal, darlings." So what does that mean?
NOTES:
- Trent and Gwen relationship alert! You do not need to worry about Duncan trying to go for Gwen, but you still might want to look out. After the challenge, Trent met with Gwen saying sorry for what he was saying to Gwen during the challenge. It must be his Jealousy. Gwen was still happy. And about Duncan, he still has hearts for Courtney. According to Gwen, he still keeps a picture of Courtney underneath his pillow. Well we can say this relationship is still solid......... for now!
- New relationship!?!?!?! A scene with Heather and Harold kind of shook people heads. Was Harold really going for Heather? Heather does like Harold, but as a alliance member. But could it be more? We'll have to see.....
- Shocking Elimination! Why E-scope? She has done well in her acting. Trent says she was committed. That should be counted, right? Well the grips are getting dumb for taking her out. Like Trent says, she was committed and motivation really helps teams out. So who will be next to motivate this team? I don't know but I don't see any good for the Grips.
- The person that is still looking good: Owen! I'm shocked to say, but Owen again is impressing me. In this episode, he went all the way to the top with pants around his ankles and a trailer to drag along with him. He looks strong and just getting everyone switching gears. Just give him an idea of food. LOL. But don't be so surprised. Because Duncan also is looking to be a winner.
This week's episode is The Chefscank Redemption. Here's a rundown on what happened:
- Right after Trent's elimination, Gwen vowed to the grips to owe them something because of Trent. And that means sabotaging the team?
- Challenge 1: Jail food consumption competition. Lindsay vs. Gwen in an all out eat off until someone barfs challenge. The gaffers made a discusting dish that included horse lips, anchovie paste, and DJ's little sweet spice to make things tastier, given to Lindsay of the Grips. The Grips made a gross dish which features maggots, Owen's flakes, dead hair, and even Beth's retainer, given to Gwen. When they began to eat off, Lindsay loved her dish and quickly ate it. Gwen took it slow. The result: Because Lindsay didn't know how gross the dish was, she felt queezy and threw up...... ON GWEN! Gaffers win.
-Challenge 2: The escape from Prison. Lindsay vs. Gwen again. This time it was up to them to push their team on to the gate and dig their way out of the prison set. Gwen pushed her gaffers well and Lindsay did crap! But something happened to Gwen that gave Lindsay and the grips the lead to their digging spots. Gwen had "cramps" so he had to struggle. But they did make it to their spots and with the shovel they have by winning challenge 1, they quickly dug their way to the other side of the wall. That is until Gwen's "phobia of tight spots" quickly got to her and she got the shovel and smashed it on Harold's head. Now nothing to help them get out, they need hands. I mean hands from a mole. A mole named ......... IZZY!!!!!! Gaffers managed to get out, but Grips already made it to the finish line. Grips win their first challenge and Izzy comes back to the team she was with before. It's elimination time for Gaffers.
-Elimination: Gaffers voted and the decision was clear. THE BIGGEST UPSET IN TOTAL DRAMA ACTION!!!! A finalist of TDI goes down as Gwen gets the boot this week! How it got down: Heather -2 Gwen- 4
- Izzy's back and so is her relationship with Owen! The last scene of this episode sees Izzy and Owen both in a romantic mood. They are back together again
- Gwen's elimination was SHOCKING, but understandable. She actually sabotaged her team to let the Grips win. Why is that? The deal that she made with Justin to owe hime for what Trent did to his team. Just a really bad way to get out, but Gwen's Karma will not bite her in the butt any longer.
- So both team captains are gone! Who will have the chance for the Gaffers and the Grips to lead the team to another win? We'll just see next episode.
That's all I got from this week's episode. Now u can talk about today's SHOCKING episode, including Gwen's early elimination, the Killer Grips and their first ever win, and the return of IZZY! Until then, cya!

Gwen voted for herself, might want to add that to the overview, important info there considering had she voted for Heather we'd have seen a tie. |
Yeah I was going to put that on as well. But yeah Gwen voting herself off was another shocker! Was it her belief in Karma?
