My gut is telling me Gwen. Part of the reason being that amongst everybody, her break-up with Trent and the alliance theory has been unanimously decided so that could result her for/in getting kicked off. Also because she's been a threat -and the biggest one at that- since the beginning. The contestants still remember Owen's victory from last year, so that also makes him a prime target. But the reason why I say Gwen (is) because unlike Owen, she continues to strive in to proving herself to Chris and the other contestants. The fact that she's played the game and has won so many times has proven her to be unstoppable and since that's become the case, the contestants have caught on to that. They've started to realize that any attempt in a strategy against her will most likely backfire and therefore be useless. Eventually everyboby comes to the realization that Gwen cannot be stopped unless caught in a predicament or a vulnerable enough moment. The writers are aware of this too and since they realize that putting Gwen in to the finals or making her go past the merge could upset the viewers (me being one of them) and make the show predictable. Anything that has involved jeopardizing her relatinship with Trent has resulted to be Gwen's biggest predicament in the series so far so the writers decided that and I suppose the way to do it was through Trent. So they figure that was the best way to weaken Gwen's chances of winning amongst the others without making it seem too obvious- and at the same time win back the viewers. Gwen slowing down from the beginning has eased the idea of her fading in to the back ground more smoothly which is given the perfect time for the Grips to vote her off. Also the fact that Trent left before her tells me that she's the next one to go.
Owen and Heather would/will probably stick around because regardless of their personas this season, they both still result to be very useful. Since Heather and Owen can only be the complainer and the gassy underdog, it's clear that they won't be here for long-maybe pass the merge, but I doubt any further- every show needs those two stereotypes, regardless of how boring or tiresome they're getting. Every reality show needs an underdog and a complainer. Always, when shooting a reality show, I find these two stereotypes to be the most important on the show. Okay, so maybe not the whiner, but definitely the underdog. The underdog and the antagonist are always the ones that make it to the end which is why my money is on Justin being in the final 4. Heather of course is still needed, but since her character's been switched up a little, this season has become a little more confusing to determine any turn of events and that in this case, her current position in the show. But the reason why I think Heather should stick around is because even though she has been switched up, her original motive is still as the antagonist and part of her is still that. Okay, so usually a whiner is not needed for a reality series (sometimes) but in this case, since transitioning her from the villian to the complainer was the only way to go, Heather stays. Apparently having a whiner and an underdog (especially one who has a stomach full of beans) is supposed to be funny for today's generation of television, or at least to those remaining viewers who believe so. Even though Beth has also been switched and has apparently been named as the new underdog, the show still needs Owen. He's still proved to be somewhat useful and what can I say? Gas makes everyone laugh.
Heather is no longer the villian of the show, but the transition on her character to me is still acceptable and not to mention realistic for the series, so they still need her. Like I said, before, she may not stick around for long (possibly past the merge like Gwen), but because of that particular reason, I still say that she's needed.
I really hope that Leshawna leaves. She honestly has no right or reason to be here. She's useless for the season and on top of that, she's annoying. I find it very irritating that she has to keep going after Heather. The perfect time for that was back in Total Drama Island. It would've done some good then, but here, that chance is over. Heather has learned her lesson and she's already getting back what karma owes her. It's not enough that she's bald, she's friendless and nearly useless, but Leshawna still feels the need to make her more miserable. She's been complaining how Heather used to pick on her and now she's become the bully. What a hypocrite. They don't need her. There are an infinite amount of annoying characters and the position for the bully has been taken, so if you ask me, get Leshawna next. She doesn't deserve to be here. Good riddance.
