Justin to me isn't all that great he wasn't really important to the story line.

If heather wouldn't of gotten him voted off, then he probably would have lasted a lot longer, becoming a threat to some of the better characters, like Gwen and Duncan.

It was the only time I was happy with Heather's medaling

I didn't dislike him, but I didn't particularly like him. He was just there. The whole non-talking thing really bothered me though.
