Why, in the war challenge, did Explosivo get eliminated?

Lindsay and Beth weren't impressed by Justin's looks anymore, right? And he was acting like a total jerk.

So even though Explosivo lost them the challenge, they were going to vote off Justin, right?

Justin apparently did something, but I don't understand how he got Izzy voted off. Wikipedia says he "convinced" Beth and Lindsay to vote with him, but as we learned, his powers of persuasion are no longer effective.

So, what happened? Did he cheat somehow?
