    I read on wikipedia that this is the last season for the original cast.

    It's true. This is the final season with the original cast. Season 4 will be entitled "Total Drama Reloaded" and will feature 12 new contestants.

    I've heard season 5 will be a Heroes vs. Villains season featuring original three season characters and season four characters.

    Did you read this on wikipedia or the Total Drama wiki? If it's the former, than it could very well be false. Based off of the TDR page on the Total Drama wiki, there has been no confirmation that it will be all new characters. In fact, I'd be surprised if it is. Only 12 new characters have been unveiled for Season 4 and I'm pretty sure that's it.(Why wouldn't they show us the entire cast?)There's no way they're going to make a season with only 12 contestants.

    I agree, theyd have ALOT of reward challenges, but i doubt it, Id really hope 4 the 12 most popular vs. they 12 new!

    Christian Potenza told someone on Facebook that they are working on Season 5 which may be a Heroes vs. Villains type season. This likely means that some original contestants will be back.

    What I'm wondering about this "Heroes vs. Villians" season is how they are going to get enough contestants for the villian team since, by that point in the series, there will only be about 5-6 major villains. If the season really does happen I'm guessing that they will also add some generally antagonistic characters to the team such as Duncan and Eva.
