Here's the data for each episode in:

    Who was voted off
Who should have been voted off (ranked 1 through whatever number were left and eligible to be voted off)
Who would have been voted off had the other team won (team challenges only)
Possible ways to change the outcome (team challenges only)

    NOT SO HAPPY CAMPERS

    Ezekiel was voted off

Who should have been voted off: Ezekiel, Courtney-DJ tie, Eva, everyone else tie

Who would have been voted off had the Killer Bass won: Beth, Heather (see below,) everyone else tie

Possible ways to change the outcome: Ignoring the hot tub for now, and focusing only on the cliff diving, it seems obvious that had the writers wanted the Bass to win, Courtney would have jumped, and one of three other things would have happened:

    1. Heather would not have been thrown off the cliff, and would have chickened instead
    2. Someone else would have chickened (though Heather is seperate from this as she did not actually jump, but LeShawna threw her off)
    3. Izzy would have jumped for the Bass prior to switching teams

Who should have been voted off: Ezekiel, Courtney, DJ.

If the Killer Bass won: Beth, Heather.

    Reasons:

Ezekiel: Sexist comments. Angry women = Out.

Courtney: Chickened out of the challenge and annoyed her teammates with the whole "I used to be a C.I.T" gig.

DJ: Chickened out of the challenge.

    Heather: Annoyed her teammates.

Beth: Chickened out of the challenge.

P.S: Remember, the hot-tub challenge was the deciding factor in episode 2. If Heather annoyed/bossed around her teammates then she would have been voted off. Or if the Gophers completly mess up the hot-tub, Beth would have been voted off for being the weakest link.

Courtney, in my opinion, should of had went. She was annoying and bossy. She has great determination but in my opinion Ezekiel seems like a guy that would do any challenge without fear. Just look at his body language and you'll see why. He has more knowledge (he can speak 7 different languages) and he showed decent strenght. He would have been good to keep a long as a teammates but the whole sexist comment dug his own grave.

DJ did chicken out, but he did nothing wrong in the end. Maybe the fact he's a big guy and he was too afraid to jump would had shattered his reputation and seen as a possible weak link.

Ezekiel wasn't in need of first episode elimination.

Well, I might as well start up Episode Two. Hopefully this attempt will bring more spark of discussion into this thread.

    The Big Sleep:

Eva was voted off in this episode due to her anger issues. She destroyed her teams camped because her MP3 player got stolen by Heather.

Who should have been voted off: Eva, Justin, Harold.

    Reasons:

Eva: Depsite making it to the final five. Her anger management issues cost her place in the game.

Justin: if the Gophers lost, Justin might have been eliminated for cheating or simply voted off by his teammates because they could fear the worse in future challenges.

Harold: He was the weakest link and he didn't last long in the sleeping challenge. He also arrived last in the 100k run across the lake challenge.

Harold should had went. He was the weakest link, he showed his worth in physical and mental challenges in this episode and quite frankly he was the first out. He was weak and Eva still had her use with her strenght and physical attributes.

    I'll do one:

    Dodge Brawl:

Eliminated: Noah, for refusing to participate in the dodgeball game, and acting rude.

Who else should have been voted off: Lindsay

    Reasons:

Lindsay spent most of the game making out with Tyler, everyone elsetried, at least.

Possible ways to change the outcome:

    1) They don't think of waking Duncan up

    2) Harold fails to catch the ball.

If they don't wake Duncan up, then Courtney would pull her coalition together and vote him off. If Harold fails to catch the ball, they might vote him off, but I'd be more inclined to say they'd vote off Tyler, for the same reason as I put for Lindsay.

    Not Quite Famous

Justin was voted off in this episode due to Heather's agreement with Izzy, Owen, Lindsay and Beth to gang up on him.

People who could have been voted off: Justin, Heather, DJ, Bridgette, Harold*

    * = subjective.

    Reasons:

Justin: Heather's alliance (and Izzy and Owen) agreed to vote him off.

Heather: If Izzy and Owen rejected the offer, she would of gone home.

DJ: He messed up his challenge

Bridgette: See above. Plus, she destroyed Courtney's violin and disgusted the other campers with her barfing.

Harold: if the Bass lost, it probrably would have been because Harold messed up his beatbox at some point.

WHo should have went: Heather obviously, but since she's the main character in the series it has to be Justin. He served no use in the plot and he could be deemed as "anti-social" which would have made him a prime target. I think DJ would be save depsite messing up his talent challenge, and Bridgette woould probrably be the one to walk the Dock of Shame if the Killer Bass lost the challenge. Since we all know that once someone messes with Courtney (see Sadie as an exemple) they won't last another challenge. She probrably would get the votes from Katie, Sadie, Duncan, Harold and maybe even Tyler to kick her out. If Harold messes up his challenge, he would be on the brink of elimination, but it was Bridgette that took Courtney out due to her clumsyness in the end.
