I agree with everything you guys are saying.

6teen should stay unedited, and TDI should never of been edited in the first place.

I also noticed they're playing the episodes out of order, which means they may not show "Take This Job and Squeeze It"

And their probably not gonna show "Enter the Dragon" for, ..um, obvious reasons.

I noticed that too. They censor is the most retarded (which CN would make lamest) words on TDI, but not on 6teen. When I heard Jonesy say I'm pretty much screwed I was wondering why they didnt edit it. I'm happy they DONT censor 6teen, but they're destroying TDI

Is CN allowing the word, "crap" on 6teen? I mean I've heard the word on two episodes today (there was a marathon today). So does this mean that they allow the word on CN? So why not do it on TDI too? I mean this is ridiculous. Is TDI a show for teens since they keep on cencoring words, including ones that should not have been edited!?!? 6teen is treating the show like that it is for kids, but they keep the bad words like Crap. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

Why does everyone get so worked up on hearing characters saying something else? I really don't think there is any problem with them editing or not editing words. So long as I can watch the show, I'm satisfied.

(sorry if this makes anyone more mad)

I don't mind the censors that much either, though you've got to admit the bad and un-needed censors get annoying. What I don't like is that they allow the words on 6Teen, but censor it all on TDI.

I saw that both "craps" and Tigerty I agree but I don't like CN leting 6teen slide by while TDI is edited majorly

And yet, we see Duncan's confessional go from 'stuck on an island with two hot girls' to 'stuck on an island with two cool girls'.

i got angry when they made him say that. cuz afrterwards he says "too bad they are both incredibly annoying" or something like that. why would he call them cool and then call them annoying?

they won't let duncan say hot, yet on an episode of fosters home for imaginary friends they allowed bloo to repeatedly call frankie hot, it kinda went like this...

    mac-shes so amazing

    bloo-AND HOT

    mac-and awesome

    bloo-AND HOT

    mac-and wonderful

    bloo-AND HOT

    i don't get it

I guess they thought that being 'stuck on an island with two hot girls' was a little suggestive. But, seriously, the only time it would ever be suggestive is when the kids would think about it that way. By then, they're old enough for it to not be inappropriate.

I never saw the Canadian version of either show so I don't care. Not that I'm saying that all the censorships are justified, some of them were a little too much but still I don't have all that much to complain about, only watching the USA version.

You know, I've noticed that there are always lots of people complaining about things on the TV shows they watch.

But nobody ever does a thing about it but complain to other people online! No offense, but if you have that much of a problem, write to Cartoon Network or something!

I think the reason TDI is edited a lot is because of the parents who *****ed & moaned about the dialogue when it first aired.

My sister thinks the reason CN isn't censoring 6Teen is because they're sticking it to the soccer moms. lol

i think that they are airing 6teen uncensored in an attempt to get older viewers, because i read on wikipedia that cartoon network and nickelodean were in direct competition 4 the adolesent age group.

That might be one reason, to show people that it is their channel and they can air what they want.

I would if I was CEO of CN.

6teen is crazy awesome! I only saw the first episodes a few days ago on CN and I already watched most of season 1 online, mostly cus they air the episodes out of order.

I heard that the series gets even better in season 2 & 3. I'd watch them on CN, but I doubt they'll get to season 3 anytime soon and they'll prolly censor it, and I can't find any site that i can watch them on. I'd even buy season 2 & 3 on DVD but they don't even exist yet!

Anyone knows a site we can stream/download season 1-3? or can give me any help?

    Peace

Don't even get me started. Americans are hyporites because we're always complaining about how everything should be censored, yet I hear 8 year olds using the F word all the time. It's pathetic. They killed some of the lines...like WTH you can't say hot? Seriously? I don't get the world.

You know, not all or even most Americans let their kids drop F-bombs any more than all or most Canadians do let their kids drop F-bombs. The thing is, the stuff that has been censored on TDI is stuff that is not foul language nor is it something all that offensive. I don't think it's parents that brought this on as much as CN being afraid of being sued by some family groups because of having the words "Crap" and "screw" in there. Some of it is just stupid (i.e. censoring Owen gets jiggy with it, two hot girls, or shut it!) Most of the American viewing audience that knows about the censoring thinks its silly. And that includes me.

Maybe that's onereason we're seeing 6Teen without many, if any, censors, because some people at CN probably thought the censors were stupid, silly, and some completly un-necessary.

The real test for 6teen on CN will be in "The Sushi Connection" when Nikki's name tag says "@%$ Man" and the clones make fun of it. And also I thought "Holy crap, I love his hair!" in episode 4 of TDA, but it wasn't.
I can picture "The Sushi Connection" kinda like this...
    "Whatever you say....Man."
"That's manager to you! And look at the marks!"
    "Oh yeah....It's *muted* man!
