to be honest im wonderin who the hell came up with NoCo

I don't really support the pairing, but I won't vote because some of my friends do like this pairing, and it honestly makes more sense than most of the pairings I've seen. In fanfictions I almost never depict Cody as a homosexual though (I usually pair him up with Gwen), but sometimes I make it one-sided NoCo from Noah's side because, of the two, Noah's the most likely to be gay in my opinion. A lot of his mannerisms fit the stereotype, which, let's face it... stereotypes are a big thing on this show.

Some people, I guess, do not believe that either of them are gay and are thus unable to understand just why anyone would make a fanon pairing out of them.

It's why some Twilight fans hate those occasional Edward X Jacob fics. They believe those two guys are obviously straight and should therefore be paired up with other people.

Personally, I will always think of those 'anvils' as part of the joke. I think that Noah's apparent immunity to Justin's 'powers' in TDDDDA is proof enough to believe he's straight. But, that is my take on the situation.

Well like I said, I can definitely see why they would think Noah is. Again, the show plays on stereotypes, and Noah has quite a few of them. I have an extremely hard time imagining Cody as a homosexual, though. I even had to have it explained to me--one of my friends said she believed Cody tries to hard to be straight.

But when I do a comparison, you know, I figure there are a lot of pairings that could result to being worse. No offense to anyone who likes these pairings, but... say we compare it to Cody/Beth. Would we rather Cody be gay or knocked into/drowned in the lake? Eh... meh... you see the issue here.

Of course, I can't exactly consider either pairing highly unlikely when I'm a fan of a pairing that, well, is not only rather unlikely but has taken several shots to the groin toward the "Most Likely Never Gonna Happen" side of the scale.

Anti they are not gay Noah just kissed Cody's ear, while he was asleep and dreaming. Like HaydenAvery I don't know why some people think they are gay because of that. Because Cody liked Gwen in Total Drama Island, the last time I checked Gwen was a girl.
