Didn't care for the episode too much, the reason being is that the turn-out was a little awkward from my personal taste. The segments were okay, the songs weren't half-bad but I didn't like the new co-host, Blainely. Why must the writers insist on screwing up the series with the constant adjustments and additional singing? I realize that this season is supposed to be a musical, but I find that the writers are trying way too hard on making the show interesting. I personally think that they are much better off with the old characters and sticking to what they know what to do with them. As it is, I already find the two new characters, Sierra and Alejandro very difficult to like, I find the constant need to add more characters to be completely ridiculous.
It's not that I didn't like the songs, either. They were okay, but they all just seemed too unoriginal and redundant, and Bridgette's constant use of the word "sorry" didn't make her song seem any better. Harold's tribute to Leshawna wasn't too terrible, either. Watching him rap was entertaining and even though I found it to be pretty weird at the same time, the band was pretty hilarious.
The season's okay so far. Alejandro has proven to be a pretty impressive strategist and hence we get to see a reaction from Heather. Although I would find it best for the writers to avoid certain things for the future.
