Since we have a thread for the penguins, thought the lemurs deserve one too.
Who's your favorite? I gotta go with Mort, believe it or not, but it's just that he's so cute!

Mine's Maurice, all I can say about him is, is that he is one cool leemer who can be very wise and fun, and is vital to have with the group.

Wow...there's a lot more Mort fans around here than I expected. I feel so out of place! *cowers* But, since I'm here, King Julien is my absolute favorite. I know that most people think that he's a jerk and narcissitic and all that jazz, but he has his nice moments, too, and that's what makes him so great to me! *smiles* That, and he is sooo incredibly handsome. *purrs*

King Julien is my favorite. He may be obnoxious, but he's hilarious. I do slightly admire and feel sorry for Maurice for putting up with him all the time. And Mort is so cute, he's ugly and annoying. His bug eyes give me the creeps sometimes, though he did make me laugh in the first movie when Alex made him cry (not that I blame him).
And there's something I've always wanted to say about the lemur king, as much as I do like him. Julien is so sensitive, dramatic, ego-centric, bossy, and "refined", not to mention all the times he shakes his "booty", he's just begging to get raped ever since the first movie (I call it as I see it, I'm not a kid). And Marlene did just that in "Otter Gone Wild". LOL

I actually picked Maurice, because he HAS to have a LOT of patience putting up with King Julien's every whim, and trying to protect Mort from King Julien's endless bullying. I actually like all of the lemurs kind of equally, but if I had to pick just one, it would be Maurice. With that being said, I liked it when he succumbed to the power of the Leechee (is that how you spell it?) nuts and became all demented, twisted, and power crazy! He could've easily put King Julien in his place (if he didn't NEED to be the sane lemur and be cured by Mort.) Enough said!

Mort, seriously everything that happens with him I find hilarious whether he's getting hurt or doing something stupid

Lol that one time when he said "The royal feet are mine, and I shall have vengeance!, hehe okay be right back" it was so funny hearing him be all serious and then going right back to his Mort self

Another time I liked was when he went 'arf arf, grr Im the raibes" and then said "I like diseases" lol Mort makes me laugh so much
