Who would you say plays a bigger part in the show, Patrick or Squidward?

    I would say Squidward plays a bigger part in the series than Patrick. There are more episodes which feature Squidward as a main character, especially in season one. What about all of you?

    If you're talking about season four, then it's Mr. Krabs. He's a good character, but he's in too many episodes these days.

    That's not what I meant either. I'm talking about PATRICK and SQUIDWARD. Mr. Krabs isn't in this category. In all the seasons, who would you say is more important?

     Even though there are more Squidward based episodes, Patrick always has a nice role in them.

    Example: Good Neighbors: It was about Squidward getting a good Sunday, but Patrick had a big role.

    It is basically even.

    I thinks Squidward has a bigger part cause he lives next door and works with Spongy!

    But Patrick's funnier, though sometimes I think Squidward is funny too! YEAH! people

    Patrick. Not only does he appear in more episodes, but has slightly bigger roles than he does. Patrick is SpongeBob's best friend and his jellyfishing and playtime buddy. Patrick also tries to help SpongeBob with his problems. This is especially in season 2 and 3. In season 4, Patrick has a smaller role, and Mr. Krabs is the 2nd main character.

    In season four, I still think that Squidward and Patrick play a bigger role than Mr. Krabs. Sure, there are so many Krusty Krab episodes in season four, but Squidward is in all of the episodes that have Mr. Krabs. And in season four, Patrick still plays a huge part.

    Patrick, in the SpongeBob Movie, he went on the journey with SpongeBob, but it is really a close game.

    Sure Patrick played a bigger role than Squidward in the movie. But, in the series, I'm saying that Squidward plays a bigger role.

    Another Example: The Snowball Effect

    The episode was about Squidward and how he started liking snowball fights, but Patrick was there in almost every scene. Who agrees with me?

    i think they're both pretty even, squidward's my favourite character, but that's not the question, i'd say patrick slightly edges it as his the best friend of the main character!
