The one where Mrs. Puff goes to jail. I LOVE that episode!! ^_^

But Ripped Pants is pretty close behind (the song rocked and great Spongey/Sandy moments )

Including me. I thought it would be more instresting but I found it to be kind of boring especially compared to most SpongeBob episodes.

It's hard to decide what my favorite episode is, since I have a lot of them. But if I HAVE to choose one, I'd say "SpongeBob Meets the Strangler".
