I've been dreaming about it being really good and filled with plot, action, and storyline, but will those dreams come true?

I have a strong feeling this episode will be ten times better then the recent specials. I cast my votes for the Z-Atlantis marathon, and I liked that little bit with Sandy trying to take a picture in that one commercial. Lookin' forward to seeing it!

"Atlantis Squarepantis" featuring Guest Star David Bowie
· In the TV movie (8:00-8:45 p.m.), "Atlantis SquarePantis," SpongeBob finds the missing half of an ancient medallion believed to be a relic from the lost city of Atlantis and brings it to the Bikini Bottom Museum where the other half is on display. The two sides are reunited, and suddenly a magical van appears that beckons to take SpongeBob, Patrick, Sandy, Squidward and Mr. Krabs to the legendary city of Atlantis. Each passenger, along with Plankton who has secretly stowed away in the van's glove compartment, is eager to experience the many riches the city is rumored to contain. When the van finally arrives, they are greeted by Atlantis' king himself, Lord Royal Highness (voiced by David Bowie), who spares no time in taking the visitors on a tour. Atlantis proves to be even more wonderful than anyone could have imagined, particularly for SpongeBob and Patrick who encounter the Oldest Living Bubble. But when a flash from Patrick's camera causes a mishap, SpongeBob, Patrick, Mr. Krabs, Sandy and Squidward must run from the Atlantean Guards or find a way to make amends.

The TV movie is up on TurboNick for those interested. Just go to the voting page for the Z-A marathon, and for A, roll the cursor over "Atlantis Squarepantis" and click "play". Then, scroll down below the mini-TV screen and there will be a list of options(like "rate it" or "snag"), including full-length! Click on the "full-length" option(newly-added to TurboNick) and the 42-minute episode will start playing!

I already saw the TV movie up there, and it was overall good, but I'm sorry to say.... SPOILERS COMING UP!!!- READ AT YOUR OWN RISK! SKIP AHEAD if you don't want to spoil the movie's plot!

-The action and plot are still weak!
-Sandy does all the action, but it's not that good or interesting!
-Also, when Plankton tries to destroy the gang, frozen cow juice comes out(ice cream) of the tank, and Plankton is picked up by Lord Royal Highness, ending his plot!
-Also, to top it all off, it's a MUSICAL! The characters' songs are funny, but only about a couple of them are memorable after viewing the TV movie!

POSSIBLE SPOILERS HERE...
I didn't think it was better than the movie, which had better plot and action despite leaving out a few characters, and Plankton's plot was actually given more time to carry out, whereas here, he's only given a moment to carry it out!

I don't think they tried and failed, I'm pretty sure they made it stupid on purpose. I actually liked the episode, though, unlike most Spongebob, so there's something to be said for DaD

They have a new online game based on the movie. You have to steer the bus to get to Atlantis. Problem is I don't know how to make the bus go.

I saw this episode on TurboNick and I was VERY disappointed. There was no funny lines, very stupid action, and very childish. I love this show, but this movie will make it go WAY downhill.
SPOILERS
It had way too many songs. About half the episode was song.
None of the things they showed on the commercial that was on the bus never happened, they we're all singing the whole time.
Very rushed, evenfor an hour long. It wouldn't be rushed without the songs. (You can obviously tell I'm not a music guy! )
SO SO SO childish.
42 minutes long, accoriding to TurboNick. WIthout commericials, it's probably the shortest hourlong TV Movie on Nickelodeon ever.
The only time I kinda laughed was when they were in that video-game like thing.

So, not really reccomended. But, you can watch it on TurboNick without commercials. Everyone should do that!

I saw it, and it was awesome!
SPOILERS!
1.The songs were good, except the last one, Patchy's song was funny, and...got nothing
2.Some parts made me laugh
3.One of my favorite episodes
4.They really seem to like Atlantis except Spongebob
5. Mr. Krabs was less cheap in this episode
6. The only way to ride through Atlantis is by song?! At least the commercials wouldn't made sense if you see the episode before those segments
7.Sandy did all the hard work
And lastly, I was shocked to see what Lord Royal Highness looked like(not like he looked awesome).
