Ok, I'll admit it and I'm not ashamed to say it. But I'm a 30 year old Spongebob fan!! lol, well I'll be 30 as of tomorrow.

I actually got into watching it through my niece whom I used to babysit. For the most part, I wrote it off until I sat and watched an episode with her, and really got a kick out of it. There are various jokes in the show geared to a more mature audience, but obscure enough so kids wouldn't "get it". The style of animation used also reminded me of "The Ren & Stimpy Show". Maybe you've heard of it, maybe you haven't. But the painted still-shots used so frequently were indeed a throwback to R&S. Anyway, I own the first 4 seasons on DVD. Looking forward to 'season 5, part 1' on September 4th. Let me be living proof that you're never too old to like Spongebob. lol

    Later.

We also waited until we were 13 to join this site. When we were 12 we were still looking at this site.

Don't be a jerk. Your age isn't going to do him anything, he's just curious. You don't have to tell, but don't continue to critizise.

    I'm a girl

Is it okay for me to admit that I'm a 13-year-old teenager that's a fan of a show for 6-year-olds(no offence but my friend said that SpongeBob was for 6-year-olds)?
