    Why does Sandy try Hide the Fact she a genius until Season 4 she shows she's Smart?

    Sandy's mostly the fighting type, so they haven't showed very much of Sandy's intelligence by far.

    She's always been known as the smartest person in Bikini Bottom. Maybe they really wanted to show more in the 4th season that she really is an important character.

    At least, that's what SpongeBob said. It may not be true. He also agrees that Sandy is the strongest one in Bikini Bottom, but I'm not sure if what he says about Sandy is true. (He could just think that because Plankton and Gary are very smart too!) There's actually no way to prove this!

    And if Sandy did show her intelligence, she'd probably be a know-it-all and a showoff, like people think she is now in season 4! Like Larry hides the fact that he's strong in some episodes, Sandy hides the fact that she's smart!

    I NEVER heard anyone but SpongeBob say it. The only episode this is mentioned is "Squirell Jokes".

    I haven't seen it either. There are some people that find Sandy as a major showoff in science in season 4. She used to be a HUGE showoff at being strong(which is probably one reason why she's underappreciated), but I haven't anything of her being a showoff in season 4.
