Yeah it is illegal after all, even in the world of SpongeBob because Sergeant Roderick said so himself: "You can't drive with a blindfold on! That's illegal!" Too bad SB can't drive regularly with a blindfold on.

Will he ever be able to get his license? Only time and future episodes will tell. I too, would love for that to happen.
