Meh, another mediocre episode milking a show more than it needs to be milked. D:
I'm a fan of Spongebob, but IMO, it's jumped the shark for a while now. This episode was totally mediocre, settling for lowbrow butt jokes. A few good puns, but not even close to worth all the hype Nick put out for it(BK toys for this? Come on guys), and not even close to the old stuff. Just the obligatory western episode with tons of stuffpulled from everywhere else. No heart to it. It also decharactarized Plankton, who is an interesting villian because how short and weak he is, but suddenly became incredibly strong. His character is all about his unique use ot technology, which they didn't even touch. And, again, uneeded random songs. Getting sick of songs in EVERY episode here.
Mid-episode, I took out my harmonia and started playing Taps.

I give it a 3 out of 5. It wasn't stupid, but it wasn't LOL. At least there was no Patchy. Although I wish they would of made it an hour long because I felt like it was going to fast, and they could of thought of a more ingenius was to defeat Plankton instead of just steping on him, or better yet, could of introduce a new villian, or bring back Dennis (SBSP movie). Although the songs were catchy and way better than Antlantis Squarepantis. So I'd give it an "Okay"

I really liked the episode, it had some funny moments. I also thought SpongeBuck's accent was really cute, and the song with his idiot friend.

I liked the episode but was saddened to find out that the episode was only 30 minutes instead of an hour like Atlantis Squarepantis. The song "Idiot Friends" is hilarious and hints at its old glory with songs like "F.U.N.", "Ripped Pants", and the "Campfire Song Song." I would have liked the episode to toggle between the present where Sandy was telling Spongebob and his relative and the western scene. Spongebob should have asked more questions and things like that, but overall not the worst episode of the show ever (it's definately no Squidtastic Voyage which is the worst in my opinion).

I missed the premiere but i saw a short footage of it. It was actually pretty good. I even like the singing

I thought the 'Idiot friends' song was sooo funny it was a pretty good episode by da way does any1 no the name of Patrick's ancestor,the idiot friend? cuz I'm not so sure
