    On Wikipedia they say Patrick's Grandma is Grandma from Have you Seen this snail Is it true

    That site seems to contain a LOT of false information, so I wouldn't believe that.

    Wikipedia does have some false info, anyone can edit it, and they put made-up-false-stuff sometimes.

    I doubt if that's true.
